watching your children grow older than you in just hours
watching years of their lives pass by and all you can do is stand and stare
watching everything you love die and wither away,
love the only bond strong enough to survive across the universe
watching because
an hour for you
is seven years for them
and you know deep down
that you will never return
and it's truly t-e-r-r-i-f-y-i-n-g
