July 7, 2001.

“Hey, I remember you. You’re umm, Sarah’s sister right? He spoke with a smile on his face as he proceeded to meet Nancy half way. “Yes, I am. And you’re the jerk that broke her heart right?” in one simple motion, Nancy emptied the content of her glass on his head with contempt dripping out of her eyes and steam coming out from her ears.

“woah, woah what the hell!” he spat angrily. The sound of her phone ringing cut short the rain of profanities she was about to unleash on him. She looked at the screen and she saw it was an unknown number. With one angry glare at him, she answered the call and stepped to the side.

“Miss Nancy, it’s me Dr. Frank, your sister’s personal doctor. I’m afraid I have very bad news for you. Your sister has not come to see me in about a month now and has also stopped taking her medications. I tried calling her but she doesn’t respond and she is never at her place. Have you spoken to her? Your number was listed as an emergency contact”.

“ummm, yes I have. She is currently with me and I never knew she still saw a doctor. She only told me about you once like it was not important. But yes, she cut off contact with all her friends and even most of her family members. Is she okay?” Nancy asked worriedly.
“I’m sorry to say Miss Nancy, but your sister is far from ok”.
