Finally, Friday night has come around and Camila and I have arranged to meet at the club along with Dinah, Normani and Ally. At the moment I was at my apartment with Normani getting ready for tonight.
"So Mani, how's everything going with you and Dinah?" I asked curiously whilst exiting the bathroom after my shower and began looking for clothes for tonight.
"We are fine, we went out last ni... Fucking hell Lauren cover your arse." she said laughing whilst covering her eyes. I bursted into laughter at her reaction and just shrugged. "well, we went out last night and I asked her to be my girlfriend, so I have a girlfriend." she said casually walking into the bathroom so she could shower.
Holy shit! Normani ,my bestfriend, and Dinah ,Camila's bestfriend, are dating. I would have never thought that Normani and I would be dating people ever. It made me realise that our lives have changed drastically since that night I first saw Camila in the club when she was being victimised.
My bedroom was now a complete mess due to trying to find some clothes to wear for tonight, I wanted something that made me look irresistible to impress my girlfriend. Eventually I find the perfect outfit, it was a white v-neck crop top with very little material on the shoulders and a white skirt which reached just above my knees.

I put it on and looked into the mirror. I must admit, I look sexy. I was completely checking myself out in the mirror, I made sure that this outfit complemented my arse as the was one of Camila's favourite physical asset of me, apart from my eyes which she describes as a 'galaxy.' I had also applied some light make-up to my face, enough perfume so that it will stay until later in the night and some black heels.
Just as I had finished doing my hair Normani had exited the bath room ready and stunning as always. she had a mischievous smile on her face when she approached me causing me to become anxious until she put a joint in front of us both. "How about a quick smoke before we go to the club?" she said smiling causing me to smile and agree with what she said.

Arriving into the club giggling along with Normani who just told me a game we should play, I hadn't even noticed how much we had smoked and I was insanely stoned. We didn't just have one joint after all, we had 2 each. I couldn't stop laughing at Normani until I saw my beautiful girlfriend and Dinah in the VIP area waiting for us, Ally didn't come because she thought that she would be intruding the couples night. I smiled instantly when we locked eyes with each other, her mysterious brown eyes and my galaxy eyes. I walked up to the booth and sat next to her. I placed one arm over her shoulders and the other on her cheek bringing her face closer to me for a kiss. I kissed her and she happily kissed me back while I stroked her cheek with my thumb and lowered my hand from her shoulder to her arse which I playfully squeezed causing her to moan and for me to laugh against her lips and look at Normani who was kissing Dinah.
"Mani! Games over Camila moaned first." I said laughing and watching Normani turn around and frown which turned into a laugh. I felt a light slap on my arm and looked over at Camila who had her eyebrows furrowed, oh shit. "Babe, I'm sorry," I said then gently kissed her lips to continue, "Mani came up with the game and she didn't believe that I would win. You know how competitive I am." I said and saw her slightly smile. I said to her so only she could hear, "Later on I will do anything you want me to do, and I mean anything." I said suggestively causing her to smile wider and kiss me again.
"What took you so long to get here?" Dinah said to Normani and I looking between the two of us. Normani glared and me causing us both to laugh uncontrollably due to still being stoned.
"Lauren!" Camila was the next person to get my attention but I didn't look at her knowing that my eyes would be bloodshot and she would clock on straight away. "Look at me please." she said gently holding onto my chin and turning my face towards her.
I closed my eyes so she couldn't see.
"Open your damn eyes!" Camila said and playfully slapping my face causing me to laugh at her and open my eyes. "Their stoned, look at their eyes they are bloodshot and she cant stop laughing." Camila said laughing then pointed at Normani who was laughing non-stop causing me to laugh.
Camila's POV:
I found it hilarious that Lauren and Normani were so stoned, they couldn't stop laughing at each other but I needed a drink and by the looks of it Dinah did too. Lauren and I went to the bar to get some drinks for everyone but getting through the crowd of drunk people was terrible they were everywhere.
We finally got our drink and made our way back to find Normani and Dinah in deep conversation which was soon interrupted by Lauren shouting "HEY FUCKERS!" so they could hear her approaching.
"Lauren! don't be so rude" I said pushing her gently.
"Camila! don't be so boring! You don't know how to joke about, cheer up." She said annoyed that I had called her rude. Little did she know that today was a devastating anniversary and hasn't been a good day for me so it pushed me over the edge.
"Lauren! Cheer up? FUCKING CHEER UP! You have no idea how I am feeling today and have no idea on what's happening. If only you actually bothered asking me how I was or actually having a normal conversation with me instead of laughing and getting stoned. grow the fuck up and come to me when you actually want to care!" I had exploded, no one knew about my past apart from Dinah who had practically forced me to come out tonight. I hated to shout but my anger just increased out of nowhere and without another word I stormed out the back exit.
I stood down the dark and deserted ally behind the club to calm down for a bit. I didn't care that there was no one there I just needed to get my head straight. That was until I saw two men approach me then throw me towards the ground. I hit my head and felt dizzy until I felt pressure on my wrists which were pinning me to the ground and someone sitting on top of me. opening my eyes one of the men was on top with a knife to my neck while the other held down my arms. "Make a noise and your dead!" the man on top said and began to grope me. I tried to release myself from their grip but ended up getting kicked in the ribs and feeling a indescribable pain in my side. I was struggling to breathe from the man on top who was putting pressure into my abdomen. I opened my eyes to see what he was doing which was a bad idea as he began to cut a slit in my dress where my breasts were and ripped it open exposing them then unbuckling his belt. Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!
"Get the fuck off my girlfriend!" I heard Laurens voice filled with rage and danger echoing through the dark ally. I look to my left and see her clench her fists and pounce forwards knocking the man with the knife off my body but accidently causing him to slice my chest but she didn't realise and repeatedly punching him in the face. I felt my heart ache when I saw the other man kick Lauren in the head and fall to the floor.
Both men started punching and kicking Lauren but she was fighting back and managed to knock one of them out, I thought she would win this until I heard a unpleasant scream and the man carrying the knife running away and my girlfriend's side covered in blood.
I dragged my body on the floor towards her and heard the backdoor of the club open again. Turning around I see Dinah and Normani frozen at the sight. I turn back to Lauren and see her looking at me struggling to breathe. I take her hand in my own and allow the salty tears run down my face and sob uncontrollably. "Someone call a ambulance!" I shouted as loud as I could looking around until I feel a light squeeze on my hand.
"Camz, I'm sorry for arguing and not being... there for you" she said just above a whisper and clearly struggling to breathe, "I... Love you" she said barely loud enough for me to hear but I did.
"I love you too Lauren." I said between sobs, "please don't leave me!" I said when I saw her closing her eyes and causing me to cry even more. I could hear the ambulance and police not far and saw the flashing lights at the end of the ally way. I couldn't loose Lauren, she just told me she loves me and I can't loose another person I love.
