You know those stories where the girl/guy tries to get the girl/guy, they go through a lot of drama but then they live happily ever after. Or they may have fallen for someone they didn't expect to. Well my life wasn't usually filled with drama either, not until two weeks before summer vacation. Two weeks left of middle school. Two weeks before I would go to highschool. Two weeks, who knew so much could happen in such little time. I would have never guessed that I would not only get my heart broken but break some too. I would have never thought that my entire social life would turn upside down or that I would grow closer to an old friend. That's probably the only good thing that came out of all of this, but then something happened and now we aren't speaking anymore. I would have never thought that all the books that I've read were filled with lies or that this would happen all because of eight grade prom. Most of all I had hoped that I would get the guy that I had been crushing on for awhile, but in real life the girl never gets the guy.
