      I don't believe her when she says she's not hungry. She didn't eat lunch and refuse to eat a snack and also refuse to my offering. I don't know if she ate for breakfast. Even if she did she would get hungry sooner or later right? But I'm not going to say much about it or talk to her about it. That's her privacy I shouldn't invade it.

   I hear the shower turn on and get up from my bed and leave the room. Heading to the living room remembering about my math homework i need to do. Honestly I'm not good at math and failing the class. I don't care really but whatever. I take out my homework and my pencil and right before I could I read the first question my phone goes off.

I take my phone in my hand and open it looking at the notification seeing a text from a good friend of mine, jungkook, he is annoying sometimes but I'm glad he texted me. I read the text and it made me cringe a little.

    I turned off my phone and looked up seeing chae sitting in front of me on the other side out the coffee table doing her homework. I look that the homework and she is already done and it was the math homework.

     I look up at her seeing her put her hair up. It's not that long just up to her shoulders. "Hey chae can you help me with the math homework i don't understand it?" I ask looking at my paper

"Alright" is all she said coming close to me. She sat on the right side of me and leaded closer to the paper "okay all you have to do is multiply these two and the-" she was cut off by a song play out of no where I look up to my phone but it wasn't mine I don't  even remember putting the song 'caught in a lie' by jimin on my phone.

I look at chae and see her on her phone she looks at me. "Just copy my homework" she said standing up and walking to the kitchen.

'Hey big brother'
She said joyful

I couldn't hear who she was talking to but whatever I just didn't know she had a brother

'Yeah I ate today I'm okay I could take care of my self big bro'

That's adorable she calls him big bro and not by his name.

'Alright goodnight big bro love you too'

What siblings say 'I love you' to each other.

She walks back and puts her phone the table. She sighs and closes her eyes. "Your big brother? I didn't know you had one." I said putting the homework away to do tomorrow.

"Yeah." She simply said with a smile on her face.

"You both seem to be really close" I said looking over to her. Her smile hasn't droped.

She takes out the small bun she made with her hair and let the rest fall. She plays with her fingers tips and brings her knees up to her chest still playing with her fingers. "Me and big brother.. are close. Back then we wasn't so close as today but still close. When ever a guy or girl would pick on me, my big brother was there. Then one day he moved and i didn't know what to do with out him. I miss truly. " she said in a very low voice but I was still able to hear. I look at her seeing only her hair since it fallin on side.

I was about to speak before she cut me off by speaking herself. "My big brother is the reason I'm still here on earth." I look at her confused

She brings her knees closer to her chest. " what do you mean by that?" I said still looking at her.

"Once there were bullies four of them three guys and a girl. They were saying all these things and i said some things back that offended them i guess and they started to beat me up but not just kicking and punching no, they had weapons. I started to cry calling for my big brother but my voice wasn't loud enough. At one point one of the them, the female, pulled a knife and.." She stoped I heard her take a deep breath and she starts again. "I closed my eyes waiting for them to kill me but when I opened my eyes I see my big brother in front on me and I smile but cry harder. I cant remember after that. But my big brother is my hero. Even though he is annoying." She said and sniffed

'Wait is she crying?' I thought to myself.

She finally looks up at me. "I'm sorry you didn't have to listen, i don't even know why I started talking I'm sorry" she apologized, wiping her tears away.

"Its okay I don't mind" I said taking a deep breath.

"We should go to sleep now you could sleep on the couch there are blankets in the closet if you need anything you know where my room is" I say standing up fixing my shirt. I look down to her she still on the floor holding her knees closer to her chest. I sigh and walk over to her she looks up at me finally, I reach out my hand for her to grab.

She takes my hand in her small one standing up. "Thanks, also thanks for listening to me." She says while letting go of my hand and walks over to the closet and gets it a blanket and walks back to the couch and lays down pulling it over her thin body.

I walk away in to my room with out saying a word back. I close the door behind me and walk in the bathroom for a quick shower. Once I get out I simply put on some sweat pants and a t-shirt. I flop on my bed thinking about what she told me, before I know it I'm dead asleep.
