Emil Barnes was an enigma. Every movement of his either drew attention or diverted it. He was an a finely carved marble statue, beautiful yet unreadable. From the slight colour in his lips to the blue of his eyes was etched in Peter's mind. The way the boy was always so exposed to the world and at the same time so hidden. Emil made Peter want to be more; more than a hero, more than a idol. He made Peter want to become everything all at once. It was his dazzling blue eyes.
