John Laurens x Reader (Middle School)

You turned away from your brother Alex. He laughed as he saw you blush before you turned away. Then, surprised, you turned to face him again.

"Wait.." You began. "So your not mad?"

"I'm not mad!" He said. "Johns a good guy. I used to like him myself!"

"Then you met Eliza and that changed!" You laugh.

Alex laughed. He turned over and his eyes quickly widen.

"Um.." He says. "Am I crazy or is that Laf, John, and Herc getting beat up?"

You looked over. "I must be crazy as well.." You say angrily. You watch s people punch your friends. They punched Laf, holding him against the lockers, and trapped Herc in a locker. Poor Herc! He is too big to fit in it! He must be suffocating! Then you saw John. Your brothers best friend and your crush being beat.

You watched as they shoved him all around. They punched him and kicked him.

Then they choked him. They wrapped their hands around his neck, and choked him.

"Let him go!!" You shout. The kid stops and drops John. He falls to the ground, and gets hurt even more. Alex runs over to him.

The kid walks over to you. You give her an angry look, and she walks closer.

"Are we going to have a problem?" She asks.

"We already do." You respond. You flatten your skirt, and stared back up at her. The time when your about to fight, your at a school with uniforms. Of. Course.

"You've got a bone to pick?" She yells, putting her hand on your shoulder, and squeezing tight to try and injure you. That was it.

You punched her right in the face. She hits you back, and you hear John groan in annoyance. You look at Laf, then Herc, who managed to escape the locker. Even if he broke it.. Laf groaned as well, and then remembered that he had legs. He pulled himself up, then kicked the kid in the stomache. The kid let him go, and as the girl who tried to hit you attempted to hit you again, Laf ran up and took the hit for you. You thought he would get hurt, but then you remembered they all became friends from Martial Arts. You became friends with them because of your brother.

They fight until the girl tells everyone to get out, and gives up because she keeps getting hit, and Laf keeps dodging her punched and kicks.

You ran to John, and Laf ran to Herc. They quickly walked over to John, and saw that a part of his clothes were torn, showing a bit of his chest. They saw red marks on his neck from the choking. And he had bruises on his body.

He un-rolled his sleeves to cover the bruises. He always has his sleeves rolled up. He hugged you, and cried into my arms. I was surprised at first, but then you hugged back. The crowd of kids soon left, and it was just you guys. School had ended, and you kids were the only kids in building 3. Well, aside from the ones being tutored.

You looked around at everyone. You noticed Herc and Laf closer then usual, then realized they were holding hands. I looked at Alex, and he winked and nodded.

You turned back to John. He pulled away and stared into your eyes. You leaned in and connected your lips with his. He kissed back, and Herc and Laf just smiled, along with Alex.

Alex was happy. He was happy that you are happy!

You and John pulled away. He smiled and began to speak.

"I wanna do that more often!" He said.

You laughed. "Are you asking me out?" 

"Maybe!"

"Well then yes!"

You and John hugged.
