Tris pov

I can hear the monitor beeping... But I can't seem to open my eyes. My body seems to ache but I can hear someone talking in the background around me.

Tobias pov

I called the gang to meet up but tris hasn't moved a muscle. so I ask the doctor to make sure she's ok.

"Well right now, she might slip Into a serious coma due to all the events happening lately" the doctor says "our minds are not built that way to process so much information."

My jaw drops. "What?!" I say as a single tear makes it's way down my cheek.

"I'm sorry, we can only wait" he says and with that he leaves.

Just then the gang comes in, and they all seem sad. "is she gonna be ok?" Christina says.

"I'm not sure" I say

Christina and the gang even Uriah start to cry but they give encouraging advice saying that she will be all right but they have to leave because visiting hours are over.

Well, all We can do now is just wait. I doze off to sleep sitting besides tris.

Tris pov

I can hear everyone crying and saying encouraging things. Why can't I wake up? I want to tell them I'll be alright. It takes everything i have to move my finger. Just then my monitor starts beeping real fast and from what I can make out the doctors are talking about a syringe.

I feel a sharp stab of a needle and I immediately relax and I can open my eyes.

I wake up to the bright lights of the hospital. I see that Toby Is still asleep. At least the pains gone. It's like the needle helped instantly. I shake tobias and when he wakes up, his face lights up although he has bags under his eyes.

"Tris! your awake! he says as he engulfs me into a hug.

"Yea" I say my throat dry

"Want some water?" he says while showing his pearly white teeth

"Yes please" I say with a small smile

"Congrats miss prior" the doctor says

"For what? I say as I drink the water tobias hands me.

"We used this new serum the erudite worked on but it may not have even worked, but we tested it on you and you seem to be doing well" he says smiling

"Wow that's great" I say with a grin

"You can leave as soon as possible" the doctor says with a genuine smile

"Ok thank you"

"Tris? I have something to ask" tobias says

My heart flutters a I look into his stormy blue eyes.

"Okay go for it" I say with confident smile

He pulls a small box out of his pocket. Enough for a ring.

My smile falls but I quickly hide it. I wasn't ready for marriage yet! Heck! I have to live a life still!

"Beatrice prior will you do the extraordinary honor of being my girlfriend?" he asks with a nervous edge as he shows me a necklace with T+T= 4ever

"Toby how could I say....."
