So... to clear some air.
Hiri is a girl and koya is a boy. Hiri is the elder one and she resembles more to hibari in character.
Koya on the other hand resembles more to chibi in character.
As for the appearance...I didn't give much because I thought it would be better for you guys to have your own imagination.
If you really one a specified face than... think of fong when he's going to be 10 years old except without the pleats for koya. Than for hiri probably she will have a longer hair since she's a girl.
here is how the timeline flows.... I know its gets a little confusing the last chp. So hope this helps.

hibari meets chibi.
One night stand -January
twins born-september. *not all births have to be till 10 mnths*
4-6th yr:
chibi and hiri and koya were together.
5th yr:
boss(cray) came to want hiri and koya but failed.
6th yr end:
memory crystal embedded because of bet lost by boss. ( memory 'lost')
Remembers only hiri and kojo are important and goes back to find but don't rmb their her kids. Goes back once in a while to see them.
Because of that;Cory gets to take over them and teaches them how to kill. Use them as his own. chibi doesn't know about it either.
7- 10th yr:
wth kojo (erm... you guys should read season1 if u want to know what happened in the 10th yr)
10th yr:
met hibari. married
10-13th yr:
with hibari.
basically thats it.
