"Ohhh" I said letting out a little sigh as I throw my exhausted body on the sofa. Nine hours of seeing patients constantly with only half an hour break is really  exhausting. And when I say really I mean reeeaaallly.

But what makes me going on is that you get payed more than enough when you are a doctor plus seeing people recover cause of your help is more than pleasing.

It is not always this tiring but this undiscovered yet virus has been attacking almost half the population. It's really horrible. People are really sick, they even come into my room with the palest face ever, weakest body possible to the point that some of them are on wheelchairs. But the best thing is that this virus didn't show any correlation to death.

YET.

Then my stomach decided to growl, I am extremely starving. Nothing passed through my esophagus since last night except a fruit salad which  Emily, my assistant, kindly brought to me. She has been working for me for almost a year now. One major thing I like about her is that she is really handy and available almost everytime.

And by that growl I decided to get up, get something to eat, wear my comfy pj's and watch Game of Thrones in bed .

But things don't always go as planned, my phone rang . It was my mom ,Amanda Johns, inviting me over to theirs for dinner and somehow imforming me about an emergency meeting which includes me, my parents and my grandparents.

" Sure mom, I'll be there in an hour "
I said with a sigh.

" OK sweetheart , I'll be waiting for you, take care"

  "OK mom, bye"

My mom, Amanda Johns, is the kindest Person I've ever known. But she always loves things to go her way which is really annoying. People say I extremely look like her to the point we could pass as twins without the crazy age gap.

So now instead of comfy pj's I have to wear a clean repreasntative clothes and instead of Game of Thrones in bed  I should be in my freezing car in a 20 minutes long journey.  "Oh God,  help me" I said with a bit of a scream as I got up .

After about forty minutes I finally got out of the shower with my towel around my body .

I head to my wardrobe, picked out a knee length black dress that my mom gifted me for my birthday. Then I head to my full sized mirror, sat down on the floor and then started applying on my make-up .

After wearing my boots and grabbing my purse. I head out and into my cold car for twenty minutes ride.

....

My mom opened the door for me after knocking with the straightest and strangest face ever .

"Hey mom" I said as I hugged her .

"Hey sweetheart , come in " she replayed with no smile. I had a feeling something was wrong. There was no "you look pretty" or "you look like your mom" or "that dress tho". But it seems like things are more important than that.

" Everybody is waiting for you in the dinning room , they've being waiting for you almost half an hour now " she said as I followed her to the dinning room.

"why all this rush, Is everything ok?"

  " yeah , no worries"

" I doubt " I said as we entered the dinning room where  I saw my grandparents Tracey Johns and Markos Johns seated on the table chatting . And there stood my dad beside the window talking to someone , he looked so serious. When he saw us he quickly hung up with the person on the other side of the line. Then he walked toward us and gave me a hug and a kiss on my forehead.
