The Unpredictable Mission

chapter 3

It was really thoughtful of my dad to choose Paris to be our first destination. To be honest there is no better place to head to when you are looking for love than Paris. 'The city of Love and Romance' as they say.

The two hours ride from the airport to the hotel was pretty much amazing and eventful. We passed by a lot of monuments which included the Arc de Triomphe , the Grande Arche and we luckily got to pass by the the peak of Eiffel tower as it was hidden by huge buildings. I got really excited just like a little kid who just saw the funfair.

I spent the whole journey appreciating the amazing city of Paris and taking pictures of the view outside my window .

Everybody in the car was sleeping except for me and obviously the driver who I instantly liked , he was a cute old man with a cute British accent. He was also very kind smiling to everybody as they got into the car and wishing them a nice vacation.
Little did he know!!

And by everybody I mean the team Daniel brought with him from New york. He introduced them to me ealier in the airport .

The now named team included Vanessa,which is apperantely my hairdresser and stylist, Maude, my organiser and then there is Daniel,the instructor as he calls himself. Not to mention the other five huge and bulky bodyguards.

I actually don't need all these people since I am not some sort of a famous actress who is going on a trip to shoot a movie or something. But what made me easily accept it was that the more things get organised, the quicker I would get out of here and go back to my normal routine.

After checking into my hotel room, the first thing I did was going straight to the bathroom for a quick shower. Who wouldn't like to stand under a relaxing, running water after a long trip.

The moment I came out of the toilet , I heard a knock on my door. So I quickly opened my suitcase  to grab anything to wear that's a bit representable but there was literally no time as the person outside knocked one more time so I just grabbed my pink towel which's filled with prints mainly unicorns and Disney Princesses. I had no other option as this towel was right on top of everything in the suitcase.

I quickly wrapped it around my body and then head to the door , just before I could reach the knob I passed by a full length mirror . I stood there for a second and then murmured to myself " hence why I am still single" 

I then opened the door and there stood Maude the organiser, confidentially with her 5'7 height and her naked face with literally no single dot of make-up but still looked amazing and then there was me with a really wet hair and a face full of acne and don't forget the unicorn/disney towel.

She handed me a letter saying " Mr William sent me to give you this letter and told me to remind you that you have no choice to disagree so get ready by 6pm " .Her voice was so professional , I guess she is taking her job a bit more serious.

" Ok thank you"  I said with a smile "sorry but I would love to ask you a little question before you leave" I continued saying

"I am not here to be asked questions or even to answer them" she said with legit no smile. Then she turned around walking away from my room.

" why didn't he just text me, you rude lady " I murmured the question just before I slammed the door.

I then throw my body on the bed horizontally with my head facing the celling as I ripped off the envelope and started reading the letter from Daniel.

Hey Jessica or shall I call you miss Johns as you demanded. Whatever, be ready by 6 pm sharp and come to room number 567 so Vanessa can apply make-up on your face and convert you into some sort of a nerd then we are going to a really fancy restaurant, the same way they do in movies and books which prove that nerds can attract men as they are more noticeable.
And yeah, remember you can't refuse. So go take a nap and enjoy your nightmare.
