Continued Romans Chapter 6
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead it freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
If you pay close attention to verses 9 & 10 you can infer why you are only baptized once.
Christ only died once and that is when he died on the cross for every person who was on this earth and who will be on this earths' sins. So we are dead in sin until we are baptized (buried in the water) and then when we rise from the water we are pure, until the next sin is committed, of course.
This does NOT mean that you never have to repent again. Whenever we fall away from God (And every Christian WILL fall away) we repent to be in the right standing with God once again.
Let me clarify a little bit when I say repent. When we repent we understand that we have wronged God, and when we repent its a promise to God we will do our humanly best to do right once again.
But you can't repent for a sin, and then the next day you commit the sin you asked forgiveness for, and then the next day you commit the same sin, and so on. Then the next Sunday you ask for repentance. It doesn't work that way.
When you ask for repentance, you commit to doing your best not to sin that sin again.

Remember!!!!! Every White person, every Black person, every Mexican person, every Korean person. Every person on this earth no matter the race are SINNERS!!! EVERYBODY ON THIS EARTH ARE SINNERS!!!! But God know that, and by the Grace and mercy of God we will be forgiven. That's is why we strive to be the best Christians we can be!!!!!
