You: Long time no see.

Namjoon: Should we do a boss battle again, for old times' sake?

You: Meet you at the big oak tree.

Namjoon: So, where have you been for the last couple years?

You: Avoiding the game, ever since you left.

Namjoon: About that... I'm sorry for leaving that day. I hope you would understand.

You: An apology now? You could have at least warned me; it's just a simple matter of sending me a message through the game!

Namjoon: It's complicated.

You: I got stood up at our wedding, no big deal, right? There's definitely more important and complicated things to deal with.

Namjoon: Y/N, I just couldn't.

You: Tell me why! I was left at the altar and all our friends were there waiting. It's been two years and I haven't been on this game since two weeks after our wedding day that I spent waiting for you to appear again.

Namjoon: This is the first time I've been on since then, too. I tried, really.

You: I'm asking why!

Namjoon: My ex-girlfriend destroyed my console... among other things.

You: Your ex-girlfriend?!

Namjoon: She was already ex-girlfriend then.

You: Then why would she be with you? Why would she have stopped you from coming online? Why couldn't you have just asked your friends to tell me after?

Namjoon: I was hospitalized for the next two weeks. My ex... she was mentally deranged.

You: What happened to you?

Namjoon: I... took a knife to the ribs. She heard that I was getting married in the game and came to find me. Yoongi got hurt too.

You: That's why I couldn't contact him.

Namjoon: I went to look for you afterwards; everyone said you left. And no one actually knew you outside of the game.

You: I don't know what to say, Namjoon.

Namjoon: Well, for now, shall we just partner up again and beat some monsters?

You: *puts on armour*
