6. I'm Okay.

Zach's P.O.V.

It Logan's 22nd birthday, he invite all of his friends to his second house. At first, I procrastinated not to go but I didn't want to make him disappointed so I just go their with the boys. Logan's house is pretty much mansion, the living room huge, so does the bedroom with the king sized bed and everything is so fancy. I didn't talk to anyone, I didn't even dare to move from my seat. The boys is enjoying themselves while I wanted to go. I looked around and the house is full of ex-viners and his YouTuber friends, can't believe these were the people he having friendship with.

*An Hour Later*

Jack P.O.V.

Zach's being so quiet, he didn't move from his seat, or talk to anyone even the boys. “ Hey, is something bothering you? ” I asked and he just shake his head. I sighed and hold his hand, “ Let's go somewhere private...” and Zach just followed me from behind, our hands locked together as we reached the fountain. “ Zach, you look like something is stuck on your mind, come on...Tell me.” and Zach looked down, I lifted his chin and looked at him. “ I'm here, if you have any problem you have me,“ I-i'm fine, just not feeling well...” he replied to me with a soft tone. “ Are you sick?” I put my hand on his shoulder, “ Jack, I'm okay.” as he goes back inside leaving me behind. I know something is wrong with him, he's just, afraid to tell anyone.

*Time Skips*

Zach's P.O.V

Jack keeps bothering me if I'm okay, the word ' I'm Okay ' always the answer. “ Zachary, you hungry?” Jonah asked me while making a tea. I just nodded and sits on the chair. Jonah prepared vegetables grits meanwhile Daniel helped him making shrimp spring roll. “ Hey, Zach, can you get me a bowl?” Daniel asked me while combining bean theread with noodles. I gets off my seat and looked through every drawers. I ended up seeing stack of bowls and plate in the cabinet on top of the kitchen counter. I couldn't reached it but I stood on my pinky toe and tried my hardest. As I reached for the glass bowl from the stacks, it ended up by falling to the floor and breaks. I accidentally stepped on one of the glass pieces and it cut my skin. Jonah and Daniel stop their food making process and helped me gets up. Corbyn runs to the kitchen and quickly grabbed a tissue and cover my foot. Jonah picked me up bridle style and put me down on the couch. He grabbed the first aid kit. He did his best to cover the wound as Corbyn clamed Zach down. 

Jack's P.O.V.

I went downstairs to get some snacks but I saw a broken glass on the floor and an unprepared food in the counters , as I turned my head around, Jonah, Daniel and Corbyn surrounding Zach on the couch with a first aid kit next to them. As I get closer to them, Zach's foot is covered in blood. “ What happened?!” I crouched over next to him feeling worried. Zach kept quiet as he hid his foot. “ A l-little a-accident happened and Zach got hurt...” Daniel stuttered his word as Jonah and Corbyn looked down. “ W-We'll give you two privacy...” as they leave went upstairs,  leaving just me and Zach in the living room. “ Zach, why didn't you tell me?” I asked as Zach hang his head down. I took his hand and rubbed it with mt thumb. Zach looked at me with a fake smile, “ I-i'm just,... sometimes you weren't t-there for me but when you do... something tell me not to share it with you. That's why I kept quiet,” he said with a sad tone. I looked at him and cupped my hand in his cheek. “ I'm sorry, it's all my fault. For not being there for you, whenever you need me...” he took my hand smile. As I leaned closer to his lips and kissed him. I've promised that I will be there for him through tough times.
