Chapter 9

Niya P.O.V

All I can think about is Amber. I am so worried about her it's been almost a week since she's gone missing.

Liz walks into the kitchen interrupting me from my thoughts.

"Hey what's up" she said with a bright smile which I gladly return.

"Nothing just thinking" I reply.

"About?" She asks with an interested look on her face.

"Amber" I say and sigh as I walk into the living room jumping onto the couch.

Liz follows me and sits next to me.

" I know I've been thinking about her too lately I'm really worried" she states.

"Yea we all need to talk about this situation " I say frowning.

"Yea I'll go wake up Aaliyah" she says and scurries upstairs.

A few minutes later I see both Aaliyah and Liz coming into the living room.

"Kay well what are we going to do about Amber?" Liz ask.

"What do you mean what can we do" Amber says.

"Well first we need to think who would have took her?" I ask to no one in particular.

After a few minutes of silence we all look at each others as if reading each others thoughts.

"Audrey!" We all say at the same.

Audrey is the most obnoxious, annoying, sluttiest girl at out school she hates Amber with a passion.

She's always threatened her and told her she was going to take her down. No one really took it seriously though we just brushed her off but what if she really was planning to take we down.

"You guys don't think she really would do something to Amber though do you?" Aaliyah asked.

"I don't but we never know" I said.

"Yea I'm not sure shes really crazy but not that crazy" Liz says.

"Okay well even if she did do it how would we get her to tell us ?" Aaliyah asks.

"I'm not sure yet maybe Liz can tell Josh and he can talk to her undercover and see what she was doing the day it happened?" I said shyly

"No way!! You guys know she's going to be all over him !" Liz shouts jumping up.

" Pleaseeee "

"Do it for Amber" me and Aaliyah say.

"Fine for Amber but if that slut tries to make a move on my boyfriend I swear..." I cut her off already knowing what she was going to say.

"Okay okay I understand so go ask josh now and then tell us what he says " I say laughing.

"Kay " Liz answers.

Liz runs upstairs with her phone in her hand to call Josh.

A few minutes later she comes back down.

"So what he say?" Me and Aaliyah Shake anxiously

"He said of course" Liz answers in a not so happy tone.

"Aw trust me Josh would never fall for a slut like Audrey" I say trying to cheer her up.

"Your right!" She says smiling.

"Okay well Josh said he is going to stop by her house tomorrow and talk to her" Liz states.

"Well now we just have to wait and see" Aaliyah says.

"Yea well since we have to wait till tomorrow to find out more info on the whole Amber situation do you guys want to go and grab some lunch?" I ask .

"Sure "

"Yup" Liz and Aaliyah answer.

"Ok well let's get ready and meet back down here in 10" I state.

They both agree and then go off to get ready.

For the rest of the day we go and get lunch at the mall and then walk around. The only thing was the whole time all I can think of is for what is going to come tomorrow.

I don't know what's going to happen but I know it's going to be big.

Okay!! I'm sorry I will be trying to update officially every wensday but I've been having testing the past few weeks so that's my sucky excuse Sowwy :'( no more excuses tho .

OH AND ALSO I have another book coming out soon it's called Fate of the gift and hopefully the prologue will be up sometime next week or the week after I already have a trailer for it and I have a trailer for broken secrets too! I will be putting them both up real soon :D
