Chapter 12

Amber P.O.V

I heard the creaking of the steps and I held my breath wishing he would just turn around and leave.

He came down so slowly I nearly had a heart attack.

Before I even knew it he was right in my face the smell of liquor radiating off his breath.

"Well look at you." He slurred.

"What do you want from me?"I asked.

"You know what I want Amber and you know I'm gonna get it." He smirked chuckling a bit.

A shiver ran down my spine just imagining what he must want from me.

"I really don't though" I said with some random burst of confidence.

"You know they will come and find me " I said smirking at him.

"And once they do find me they will put your ass right in the slammer and you- -"

"SHUT UP!! SHUT THE HELL UP!" I was cut off by his screaming.

And to be completely honest he is scaring the hell out of me right now but I won't let him see that so I continue talking.

"And you are nervous. Your nervous of what will happen to you. Aren't you?" I said smiling smugly.

"You better watch yourself " he growled.

"I'm just saying" I stated he then turned around and walked back upstairs.

Aaliyah P.O.V

I am scared out of my mind for Amber right now and I can't stop thinking about her and I'm pretty sure the other girls are feeling the exact same way.

When we were all planning out how we are going to find Amber Josh had to leave for something important he said so now it's just me, Liz and Niya.

In the middle of us discussing how we are gonna find Amber Liz gets a phone call from Josh saying he found something that may help us find Amber.

We quickly went to the address he told us to meet him at.

Once we got there he rushed us over to a part of the road where we can see ambers jacket lying on the floor.

"Is that Ambers jacket?" Liz asked totally shocked.

"Yea I'm guessing isn't that what you said she was wearing at the party?"

"Yea that's exactly it" we all said in a low whisper.

"So that means that she must have crossed this path and we might be close to where she is" Josh says.

God we hope.

"How did you even find this?" Niya asked.

"I was just driving and my car like ran over it and I thought I ran over an animal or something and when I looked I found that and remembered that you guys told me she was wearing something like this."Josh explained.

"Okay well at least we know we are just a little bit closer now"
