Chapter 2: The News

* 5 weeks later * ( Naruto has left the village)

Sasuke's POV

The Hokage was announcing something for all the villagers to hear, hope it's good news ' cause I'm not in the mood to hear bad news.

I went in front of the Hokage Tower, where the news will be announced, I waited for about 10 minutes. Then people started to come.

" Sasuke-kuuuun~~~ " Uh oh, not the banshee, I mean, not her

" What do you want? " I spat at her

" Nothing, don't worry about me, I'm over you and I'm in a relationship with .... Ino!! " She said, thank the heavens above!! Praise the Lord!!!

" That's great!! Congrats to you two!!! " I said happily

I'm free!!! Yes, no more fangirls, chasing me.

A few minutes later, Tsunade-sama arrived and everyone went silenced.

" Greetings, everyone! I called you here to announce something "

" Is it good news or bad news " Kitana asked, Naruto's friend. There pretty close, almost like childhood friends.

" I'm afraid to say this, but it's bad news, one of our best ninja went missing a few weeks ago " She said depressed

" Who went missing? " Sakura asked

" Uzumaki Naruto went missing " She said with a stern voice

" Why did he went missing? "

" I don't know, but he left a note saying I'm a not needed here and is a burden to everyone and don't try to find " She said

Everyone started gossiping and I have clue why he left, but I'll keep quiet

" Quiet!! Shut up!!! All of you!!! I'm very disappointed in all of you, He may have the Kyuubi sealed in him, but he's still a ninja like all of you " She said very depressed

" But, Hokage-sama, he's a monster, he can't be a ninja " A random villager said

Everyone started gossiping again, seriously people shut up and why of all people, why has it got to be Naruto!!?!??

" Idiot!! He's still a human and ninja!! " Whoa, never seen this mad at someone, weird.

" Tsunade-sama, we should look for him " I suggested

" Sasuke, he doesn't want to be found, let's give him time, then we'll search for him " She said

" It's your decision, Tsunade-sama "

" I agree with her, Sasuke " Sakura said

I sighed in defeat and in the end, I agreed.

* A month later *

It's been a month since that Naruto decided to disappear, why Naruto? Why did you leave? I didn't even had the chance to confess to you. Why Naruto? You're such an idiot.

" ....uke.... Sasuke... SASUKE!!! " I went back to reality

" Huh? What was that? "

" I said, where do you want to eat? "

" Anywhere, I guess "

" Okay, so Ichiraku's, then " I just nodded

" Come on, you guys let's go "

This place really brings back memories of Naruto and it just makes me depressed.
