I went to the emperor's tower in Castle Dour where you go for the Dark Brotherhood questline (HAIL SITHIS BITCHES) and I put an Eider Cheese Wheel in the throne, surrounded it with tomatoes, and put a bottle of Skooma on the cheese. It's supposed to be a make shift shrine to Lord Sheogorath, Prince of Madness. I would've used lettuce (as is typically used) but 1. I didn't have any (I'm sorry Sheo ;-; I still have plenty of cheese for you though) and 2. The lettuce would've taken up too much space and it was difficult enough to keep the tomatoes in place. The shrine still stands to this day
