It was around mid-night when Nandu's sleep got broken, she opened her eyes to see Trisha sleeping peacefully but frowned upon not seeing Manik next to them.

She instantly got up, wore her slippers and walked out in the living room hoping he would be there but he was noWhere to be found , it was all dark around.

Thinking that he would be in another room she was going to take a step, when a shadow caught her attention. She observed closely he was sitting leaning his back to the wall on the balcony.

She would see that he was in some deep thinking.

Wanting to make him feel better she decided to make his favourite hot chocolate. She was not so pro at making hot chocolate, but to lift his mood and to make him feel better she would try her best.

She instantly walked in the kitchen, and came back with two mugs.

Nandu : Manik

She called him but he was lost somewhere and any one would tell that he was in pain.

Nandu: Manik

She called him this time little loudly which gained his attention.

Manik just looked at her and was surprised to see her standing next to him.

Nandu : Have this you would feel better ! I'm not pro or best like you but tired my best!

Saying she handed him one mug and took a seat next to him, as he made space for her to sit.

Nandu took small sips from her mug stealing his glances who was staring outside at the darkness.

Nandu : What happened ? You can share!

Manik : Nothing !! It's just I'm stressed out !

Nandu : College ? Work ? Anything?

Manik: It's just a small issue

Nandu knew he was lying as he was not meeting his gaze with her.

Something was wrong with him!!

She didn't want him to force and make him spill the beans. She was not the person who would stress the person who was already stressed out. She didn't want to invade his personal space, she was his wife but that doesn't mean she can force him to speak out which he didn't want to share!!

Manik : Thanks for this. It was really good!!

He spoke as he emptied it and kept on side

table.

Nandu : I'm glad you liked it !!

She kept her mug on table and sat comfortably folding her legs

Manik : You're not sleepy ?

Nandu : I'm not !! I would love to give you company Mr.Husband ! How is the idea ?

Manik : Not bad !!

Nandu: Chalo let's play a game!

Manik : Okay !! Which game ?

Nandu : You suggest !

Manik : It's your idea, so you suggest which one!

Nandu thought but didn't strike her anything.
