"Damien, you are quite possibly the biggest idiot in the whole group, you know that?" Dylan said over his own glass of wine. He had came to ask me something so he let himself in as he usually did. He walked on me drinking. I offered him a glass, which he hesitantly took. I couldn't remember when, but he loosened up sometime after that.

I smiled. "Yes, yes I am." I finished my own glass and spared no time pouring another. "Is this my second...or third...I cant remember." I thought as I continued smiling, because I honestly didn't care if this was my sixth. I was having a pretty good time.

"Damien! The door is locked." I heard Sebby's voice from the front of the house. I had texted Sebastian out of my original boredom.

So I got up and unlocked the door. (After losing to Dylan at Rock, Paper, Scissors to see who had to get up)

"So? I'm here." He just looked at me. I thought I saw a look of annoyance, but it might've been in my head. I hoped I didn't annoy him. I overthink things when I'm intoxicated. I smiled and pulled him inside. "Oh, hey Dylan."

"Hey Seb." Dylan said while off in thought. I had known he was thinking about something because he kept tracing his finger across the rim of his glass.

"Want a glass Seb? It's an 1875, good year." I offered him a glass. He took it more acceptingly than Dylan had, so I took that to mean he was comfortable.

"Thank you Damien." He said it with a smile as he admired the red color of the wine. I felt better knowing I had not annoyed him, at least not as much as I thought.

I sat back down and refilled my glass again. "Shit, the bottle's empty." I thought, but I decided it didn't matter. "There's other stuff to drink." I contemplated with a smirk.

"DAMIEN! YOU BITCH!" You can probably guess who that was.

"Julia, pleasure to see you, as always." I said with only light sarcasm.

"So you don't even bother to invite me? I see how it is." She said, making her distaste for me very obvious.

"If you bothered to pick up your phone when it's my name on the Caller ID, you would have been invited...." I said quietly.

"You didn't call me, you liar."

"Check your call logs..." I said, looking down. She pulled out her phone, and her face switched to a look of nothing but sheer masked hatred.
