"Can I get the usual then?" I say with a smile. Pops was like my home. It's where I had the best memories with Jughead and my mother.
" coffee, chocolate milkshake, burger and fries then?" Pops smiles.
"Yeah thanks" I slide the money to him and walk back to booth where Jughead was sitting, typing his novel. I sat on the other side of him and got my sketch book out of my back book and started sketching Jughead. Art was my passion and it was a escape from reality. Everybody always told me it was so good but I always saw room for improvement. I drew Jughead just as he looked in front of me. His eyes focused, hair a mess, beanie slightly tilted and his laptop in front of him.
Pops brought our food over and once Jughead realised he had food he put his laptop away and started eating although once he put his laptop away I couldn't finish the drawing.
"Jug" I moaned frustratedly
"What " he said looking up. His mouth stuffed with fries.
" I was drawing you and the moved" I sighed
"Let me see" Jughead said as his eyes widened. I slide the sketch book to him and sighed.
" it's really good" Jughead smiled and slid the book back " I'm gunna carry on writing after I eat" he smirked. I smiled at him and grabbed my milkshake. The silence wasn't awkward it was perfectly fine. I stared at jughead and started analysing his facial feature and how I would draw him. Quickly I grabbed my phone and took a picture of Jug just as he was about to sink his teeth into a burger.
"What are you doing now" Jughead looked at me confused.
"Oh I wanted to draw that later" I chuckled at him while he rolled his eyes. 10 minuets went by and finally Jughead was back to writing and I was back to drawing. Suddenly I looked up to see Archie Betty and Veronica staring at us.
"I'm busy" I say quickly still focusing on drawing Jughead. "Sit down if you wanna though" . I looked back down and finished off Jugheads hat. 3 hours had passed and I had somewhat finished the picture. I looked up and joined in The conversation.
"I can't believe Kevin found Jason at sweet water river" Archie said
"I can't believe Kevin was going to fuck moose" Veronica chuckled.
"What" I said tuning into the conversation.
"Kevin was about to have a one night stand with moose when suddenly they saw the one and only Jason blossom with a gunshot wound on his forehead." Archie said with a monotone voice.
"Oh" I said pretty much speechless
"What was you drawing anyway" Veronica said excitedly. I looked up to see Jughead still writing. I gave the sketch book to Veronica and smiled.
" hey this is really good" she smiled while handing the book to Archie who was sitting next to Jughead. Archie looked at jug head then at me.
"Pretty accurate" Archie laughed. I looked at the time 3.a.m already. I yawned and closed Jugheads laptop.
"Why did you do that" Jughead exclaimed
"Juggie it's 3.a.m. I'm going home" I said while packing everything back into my bag.
"Need a ride" Jughead asked softly
"I'm sure I'll survive Jug" I chuckled and stood up.
"Well I'm going home too so if you three want a lift you better come now" Jughead said. Betty Veronica and Archie all nodded as they started leaving I grabbed jugs arm and kissed him.
"Goodnight" I said while making my way to the door.
"Night" Jug said while smiling. As I made my way back to the trailer I collapsed on my bed and fell asleep.
