Chapter 11 thisbe

It happened just after Derek and Brielle left.

I was looking at some of the tools when something caught my eye, it was a truck coming towards the wear house. As I watched it curiously the crack of a gun shoot rang out from it, I turned around seeing the guards com in and Brielle and Derek come running out of the kitchen.

Just then did notice everyone staring at me, "what?" I asked

"Uh... you screamed." Said Brielle

"I did?"

"Ya!" She started laughing. But as I looked out the window the truck was coming closer.

"Uhm... I know its not really my job, but isn't it yours to stop people who are shooting at us?" I asked the guards, there faces instantly changed from amused to serious.

One guard returned out side while the other herded us down the hall way.

I didn't know how long we were going to be down there so on the way me and Brielle ran into the lounge and grabbed one huge box of oreos then ran to catch up with the rest.

We were just walking down the stairs when we heard the second gun shoot ring out, by the sounds of it, it was just out side the wear house.

We hurried down the stairs, while the guard locked the door.

When we got down stairs I was forced to drop the box when Zeek ran up to me and hugged me so tightly I could barely breath.

'Zeek... kinda... need... to.... breath...." i managed to choke out. He imediatly loosened his grip on me before walking over to a lower bunk bed and sitting down on one of the 4 beds with me still wrapped in his arms. Thinking of the four beds made me think of something else though too.

I looked at Derek, "hey why are there 4 beds in this room when there's only three of you?"

He scratched the back of his head then looked at Willa and Alice.

"Uh... he ran away. That's why Guss and Dex are here." He said smiling at the guard.

''Who Guss and Dex?" Brielle said.

I looked at her with my eyebrow raised, seriously Brielle? Your not that stupid.

But Derek just laughed and pointed to the guard, "that's Guss, the one out side is Dex." He said smiling at Brielle.

She started laughing, and soon almost everyone was laughing.

Suddenly we heard a woman's voice above us, it fell so silent so instantaneously I thought every one had died for a minute.

Until Braxton, who was sitting on the other side of me put his arm around my waist.

I leaned in to him, letting his sweet sent envelop me in comfort.

It was all perfect untill Zeek, on the other side grabbed my hand, which made me mad. I knew he was just trying to comfort me but, I needed my best friend right now, not my boyfriend. He was being to smoothering. I just needed a break.

The woman above us started talking again and I looked up at the celing all my other thoughts leaving my mind as I listened.

"They have to be here. Those were the same guards as last time."

That was followed by some mubbeling then a bang like someone falling.

''You idiot. If they here us there going to hide the kids. We have to find them before they build it. You know that as much as I do. So keep looking."

That was the last We heard of the voices.

The guard told us to stay down here for the night before dissapearing, he didnt come back for the rest of the night, so we sat in a circle eating oreos and talking and playing games.

Around 1 we finally crawled into bed. Zeek was beside me and Brielle and Seth were above us on the top bunk, and im glad it had guard rials on the side cause I was worried that id wake up in the morning and find Seth on the ground on the other side of my bed, to be honest I still half expected it.

When we were all starting to fall asleep the twins started talking.

"Were bored!'' They said at the same time. Which made Brielle giggle.

I sat up making Zeek groan and try and pull my back down. I moved his arm from around my waist and sat up more swinging my legs off the side of the bed and narrowly missed kicking Braxton, who was on the floor next to me.

"What do you want to do" i asked them

Even in the dark room I could see them sit up together.

"How bout, Never have I ever?" They said at the same time again.

Brielle swung her head over the edge of her bed and looked at me, a smile spreading across both our faces.

This was our favorite game.

As she climbed out of bed and turned on the lights she looked at the twins.

"You have no idea what you just got yourselves into." She said to them.

Hey Brielle here.

So we've been playing "never have I ever" for about 15 minutes now and already people were already getting tipsy.

Now I know what your thinking how did we get alcohol?

Well to answer your question, after getting everybody up, Derek said that while he was exploring there rooms down here a couple days ago he found a box labeled, 'If the kids get annoying' but he didn't have a chance to look in it. So we went and get the box, and viola about 20 bottles of fancy wine.

I know we should take it as kind if a insult but whatever no one really care cause they were stupid enough to leave it down here.

Anyways, so it was my turn now.

"Never have I ever fallen in love with my best guy/girl friend." I said giving Braxton a pointed look, even though Thisbe was clueless didn't mean I was.

Just like I expected Braxton took a brink of the bottle, but to my suprise Thisbe grabbed it from him and took a long gulp as well.

That I was not expecting.

It was Seths turn now. He looked directly at me before saying, "never have I ever been in love with someone in this room."

Everyone looked at me. Everyone but Derek. He was glaring at Seth.

I barely had time to register what was happening before Derek punched him in, square in the nose.

Everyone turned to Derek punching Seth.

We sat there watching until, Braxton ans Zeek got up and pulled Derek off Seth. Seth's nose was bleeding and the bruises were already forming on his cheek and forhead, he scrambled to his feet and went to the conjoining room. And that was the last time we say him.

Hey I know its been a while and this chapters kind of short, but I had another one writen and went to put it on and it magically deleted it self! Oh how I love technology!
