I absolutely love this song. It has such an amazing message has helped me through a lot in my life.  

It's about holding on to your worries and sadness and forgetting to live your life. 

It's about learning to love your life and working hard to make yourself happier. 

It's about letting go of your anxiety and living without being afraid.
