Carlisle POV
Bella has finally got to Port Angeles and is on her way with Charlie.we are looking forward to seeing her again, Edward,Alice and Rosalie are at Bella's house setting up her brand new bedroom, she still has the same room but they're updating it to make it more for someone her age.
It has been years since I've seen her she's always been like family to us but for some reason I have this lonely feeling when she's not around. I Wonder why I feel more alive when she's around.
Esme - you ok brother?
Carlisle -yes im just thinking about how nice it going to be when Bella gets here.you know it's really hard being a vampire that hasn't found his mate yet I know you know that too because it took you along time to find out that Edward was your mate.
Esme - yes it did but you know sometimes we end up falling in love with humans and it turns it's worth the wait.
It's being worth the wait brother even the volturi except that because Marcus found his mate in a human after his first mate supposedly died, sometimes you're lucky enough to get a second chance.
