Newcomer

The bell indicating that last class was over rang. RM ran over to the cafeteria, where she said she'll be waiting for him. I hope she hasn't been waiting for too long. I got dismissed late from class today.

When he opened the door to the cafeteria, he found a girl sitting on one of the benches scrolling through her phone.

Sensing his sudden presence, the girl turned around.

"You're late." She sternly said.

~Hyebin P.O.V.~

"AaahHAHhhhAh!" I sighed loudly as I collapsed on the pink fluffy sheets of my bed.

"It's finally the weekend wOoOOooO ^v^ !" I exclaimed as I kicked my feet in the air as I punched it out of joy.

Just as I was about to pick up my phone to check my instagram feed I heard the voice of my doom.

"Hyebin~! COME DOWN TO THE KITCHEN I WANT TO TALK TO YOU!"

Ugh. What does this woman want right when I got all comfy too?-_-

I trudged to the kitchen. "What do you want mom?"

She turned around from whatever she was doing on the kitchen counter and handed me plastic bag full of sweets.

"Ooooh~are these for me?? :)"

"Pfft no of course not! We recently got new neighbors and I want you to go and welcome them to the neighborhood."

"So... I don't get sweets?"

"Aish sinja no sweets for you! Now go!" She scolded as she pushed me out the door.

I pouted on my way to the house next to mine. My poor tummy doesn't get any sweets ;-;

I stopped in front of their door step and looked at the house for a second. It's very plain. They probably had no time to decorate or do anything to it.

I shook my head out of it's thoughts and just rang the doorbell twice then knocked the door twice. Don't judge! It's a habit of mine.

A few moments later, the door opened revealing an old couple.

"Hello sweetie! What can we do for you?" the old lady asked me.

"Hello ahjumma! I am your new neighbor. We made you a few sweets to make you feel more welcome!"

"Aw that's so sweet! Thank you very much! Our grandson enjoys these a lot! You are really kind!"

"Thank you! I look forward to living near you guys. I need to go now so bye!"

"Bye!"

What a sweet couple! Old couples are so cute<3

~Time skip to Monday~

"Ok class! So do you remember that worksheet I told you to do with a partner last week? I need you to take it out. You are going to present a few of the problems to the class along with your partner."

Did RM even do his problems? We stopped halfway last week

When I glanced over at his direction he was scribbling something quickly on his worksheet while looking at mine.

Well shit.

"Alright, so who wants to go first?" Of course no one raised their hand.

"Ok then! I will choose a random volunteers then. How about RM and Hyebin go first?"
