Everybody looked at Ethan in aw after he pulled the trigger. "Dammit Ethan, you shot me in the shoulder!" Chance winced in pain, but also just happy to be alive. Ethan walked away to his tent. Lauryn and Beckah left Ethan alone and slept in Chance and Anthony's tent. "Laury-" Lauryn cut Chance off. "No, don't apologize, nothing to apologize for, it's over with. Now let me see your shoulder we need to get that bandaged up."
Everyone was asleep but Lauryn she peeked out the little whole in tent to look at the stars thinking about Ethan. She never wanted to hurt him, it just kinda happened. She couldn't help herself. After awhile her eyes started to shut. Adam woke up and looked outside. "Who the fuck is on watch?" Ethan came outside his tent and sat in the chair and said nothing. He sat silently with a gun in his lap and looked at the fire.
Beckah and Darrion were the first ones awake the next morning. Darrion walked up to Ethan kinda hesitant. "Hey man get some sleep we got it covered." Ethan got up not saying anything again and walked in his tent. Darrion sat on the chair next to Beckah. "Hey Beckah, how'd you sleep." He looked at her. He had liked her for so long but he'd never let her know. "I slept okay, I just really miss Brittany." Beckah put her head down and sighed. "I think we all miss her, she was a great asset to this group, she was pretty funny too." Darrion said knowing Beckah was upset. He looked at her and held her hand. "Darrion, what are you doing?" Beckah said looking up at him. "Oh, I'm sorry." Darrion started to get up but Beckah grabbed his arm. "I didn't say I didn't like it." Beckah smiled at him.
Everyone started to wake up and saw Darrion and Beckah holding hands. "Just what we need, another damn relationship." Adam said. "Someone's jealous aren't you Adam." Nick said with a laugh. Adam have him a little shove. "Shut up." Darrion stood up and asked. "So when are we leaving?" Nick looked around. "Let's wait for Ethan to get some more sleep, he could use it, he was out there all night." Nicks words were interrupted by Ethan getting out of his tent. "Let's go, I'll sleep on the way." Ethan packed up his tent and threw it in the back. Darrion stepped in the drivers seat and the next stop was Washington D.C.
