Ryder was in the lookout on snapchat talking to his mates he normally was everyday

" oh crap I'm gonna be late for school"
Ryder said getting dressed into his black jeans and blue top then he got his backpack and fixes his hair with his hands

" ok pups I'll be back later bye " ryder said leaving the lookout and putting his head phones in and going to school on his skateboard

" bye ryder " Marshall said waving

on Ryder's way to school he saw some boys he recoized from school then one of them looked at him

" here there's that little paw patrol leader hey paw patrol leader you and the pups on a mission "one shouted laughing ryder couldn't here them but he could see Them he knew they were laughing at him but he didn't care

When ryder finally pulled up near the school he put his skateboard on his backpack because he learned that if you chain it up people can nick it

He then saw lucas Antonio his best mate of courses lucas would never hangout with ryder if he knew ryder was the savy tech wizz kid who made the paw patrol from day 1 so it was obvious lucas had no idea ryder was the leader

" hey ryder what's up " lucas said smoking a ciggy and blowing out in the cold air

" I'm fine hey where's Connor " ryder said making conversation

" not sure haven't seen him since last Friday he could be sagging lessons because he hates school " lucas said looking around seeing no sigh of Connor

" what did you do over the weekend " ryder said smiling at his 'mate'

" me and the boys just used fake ID to get in a club and we drank all night we also hanged out with some pretty sexy girls they were so cute and nice what did you do " lucas questioned ryder who looked down

" i umm when to town with some mates and we went bowling and has a nice meal " ryder said coming up with a lie because what he really did would make my lucas laught at him

He really watched tv with the pups and has a all nighter with chase Marshall rubble rocky and Zuma she was at jakes mountains with Everest

" man your nights are boring with your other mates it's a good job were mates I know come out with me and the boys tonight have some real fun " lucas said offering for ryder to come along

" i would but I can't I have homework to do and I'll get detention if I don't do it " ryder said coming up with another lie

" bro your really worried about detention if your that worried I'll get one of the geeks to do it I'll ask that stupid paw patrol leader if you want even though I've never seen him before " lucas said smirking

This made ryder scared a bit lucas was older and stronger and bigger than ryder he would kill him in one blink

" yea I've never seen the paw patrol leader either maybe he hides from the big kids or something " ryder said trying to get of the whole paw patrol situation

" i mean what kid lives with 6 mutts since he was 10 years old in a watch tower and let's them drive cars I mean come on monkeys are probably better drivers I'm glad I live in foggy bottom I'd hate to see that kid and his mutts all the time " lucas said grossed out by the though of the paw patrol saving people

" yea I'm glad I don't know him haha " ryder said nervously scared and shaking

" what's wrong with you " lucas said noticing ryder was shaking

" I'm just a little cold " ryder said rubbing his shoulders

" ok whatever dude " see you later lucas said walking away to his other mates

Ryder was about to head into class when he spotted Katie walking in the school entrance with her friend

" hi Katie " Ryder said smiling walking over to her and her mate

" oh hi ryder " Katie said looking around to see if anyone was looking at them

" what you doing after school " Ryder said hoping she would say nothing why

" I'm going out with my mates to town there's a amazing party going on there later why " Katie said smiling as her mate did

" i wanted to know if you would like to come to mine after school maybe before you go to town " ryder said looking down thinking Katie would reject his offer

" i would love to ryder see you at 5:45 then if that's OK with you " Katie said smiling at her kinda crush who she lived since they were 10 years old

" yea that's fine bye Katie " Ryder said waving at her as he headed to class
