There was a damp, thick, and unbreathable silence looming around in the cell. It was uncomfortable, it's usually never this silent. The only autoable sounds where the chattering of mice and rats, as well as the pipes leaking. Will was staring at the ground, hands in his hair. I was laying down looking at the ceiling. "Hey, bitch" the guard sneered, me and Will knew he meant me. "Yes?" I answered flatly, trying not to show the worry that was corrupting my mind. "If I let you out to seal our deal, you won't try anything funny, correct?" I pondered, but only for a second. "Not like I have a choice " I answered cringing at the thought of being alone with him. "Good. Tonight I'll let you out and take you to my private room, we'll settle things there" he said the last part pervertedly which sent shivers up my spine. What have I gotten myself into? The guard left. I looked over to Will, he walked over and hugged me. "You don't have to do this" he whispered, yet it seemed like he was talking normally in the silence of the cell. "But I do" I whispered back. He sighed made me sit up. "Well if anything goes wrong sock em in the face" he said mocking a New York accent. I chuckled and punched him in the arm lightly. "Ya got it boss" I said also with a New York accent. We both chuckled. "Hey Will?" I looked him in the eyes. "Yea?" He asked with a curious look. "Why do you care so much? I mean we just met technically." I stated/asked. He sat silent. "I don't know." He said finally. "I just do. It's kinda like I've always known you." He said pondering if he used the right wording to get his point across. "Oh." I said simply. "I guess I feel the same. It's strange." He nodded in agreement. I hugged him again. He hugged back and bopped my nose. "Boop" he said smirking jokingly. "Really?" I asked. "Yep." He stated proudly. I sighed and rolled my eyes. We just talked for a couple of hours, about silly little things but it was better than nothing. I'm kinda glad I'm not alone in this.
