Tobias Erin Rogers, birthday April 28 making him a Taurus. Currently known as Ticci Toby, is now nineteen years old. He grew up with an abusive drunk for a father with a loving mother, Connie, and sister, Lyra.
Toby was born with many disorders that led him to being homeschooled because of all the bulling.
His disorders are,
C.I.P.A: (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis) which is where his body does not feel pain, heat or cold. It sometimes, which in Toby's case it does, causes the urge to do things like chew on your fingers till they bleed. It is an extremely rare inherited disorder.

Tourette Syndrome: This disorder is when you're body gives unwanted twitches and sounds. It's not always the same in each person though. Some people may have involuntary body twitches and stutter like Toby does, other may randomly shout things out like curse words without control or get stuck on a word. For example: "I was walking my dog dog dog dog dog." and have to take a moment to collect themselves and continue.

Bipolar: While the other two are pretty rare bipolar disorder is actually fairly common. It is when somebody has extreme and unusual mood changes. They can go from very happen to suddenly angry or sad. This with the mix of Toby's trouble to control his emotions sometimes causes him to have sudden out bursts.

Other than his disorders and outburts, Toby is generally an upbeat kind of guy though very sarcastic. He's a natural born trouble maker, his closest friend being Lui.
He become Slenderman's Proxy after the accident. He become delusional and had voices in his head that were hard to ignore telling him to do things like kill his father.
Some don't know that after Toby caused a huge fire in his town he actually died in that fire.
But Slenderman resurrected him making him immortal and erasing his memory. From that point forward Slender used him as a proxy and a lot of different resources say that he was actually the original and only proxy.
Yes I realize that a lot of fan stories and other things say stuff about Hoodie and Masky being there, some say first and Toby in a way "replaced" Masky. But I guess it's up to you guys what you want to believe when it comes down to that.

As for Toby's love life, even though some people dislike it, Clockworks and Toby are not just a ship. The creator wrote Toby and Clockwork together. This honestly was a surprise me I had no idea but hey learned something new.
