Ch.12 My Lolo

"What happened?" Zac asked the brunette who was sitting down next to a sleeping Y/N with the young girl's head on her lap. Maggie looked up but not stopping her fingers from smoothing throw the younger girls hair. "She had a panic attack that lead to an asthma attack after school. I gave her her inhaler even though you said she hardly got any asthma attacks. After awhile she calmed down and I drove her here. I gave her the medicine you told me to give her if this happen. She's been asleep since. Is that bad?" Maggie finished saying all of sudden feeling more worried than she was before.

"No it's not. But what caused her to have a panic attack she usually never gets those." Zac said looking down at the his little girl who was peacefully sleeping. Last time she had a panic attack was . "I don't know." Maggie said with a frown. Zac sighed heavily. "It's okay Maggie. Thank you for doing this. I know you don't know her and us-It's okay Mr.Blake. I loved helping her she reminded me of my little sister." Maggie said with a small sad smile. Zac noticed and he knew something was wrong.

"You seem sad. Is your sister okay?" Zac asked as he sat down on the other couch. Maggie looked down softly running her fingers on the scar that was next to Y/N's eyebrow. "She passed away awhile back. She had cancer and well she didn't make it." Maggie said as she kept her gaze down looking at Y/N. she kept her gaze down knowing very well that if she looked up her tears that she was trying to hold in would roll down her cheeks. "Oh I'm sorry-it's okay. Um I should probably get going. I have to go to work." Zac nodded and got up. Maggie carefully and gently got Y/N's head off her lap and put a pillow to take her laps place.

"Thank you again Maggie." Maggie smiled and nodded. "I can pick her up for school if you'd like." Zac nodded smiling thankfully. "That'd be great." Maggie nodded and said goodbye. She knew that being around Y/N will bring memories about her sister. Bad and good memories. But she didn't care. Y/N needed a friend. Someone other than her father to be there for her. And that's what Maggie will do. Be there for her.

Zac looked down at the his baby and smiled slightly. He promised himself and her that if he found someone anyone that could help his little girl. He'd take that opportunity. That opportunity was now. He had the chance. The chance to give his little girl a chance to live her life. Live her life remembering what she did a minute ago, a day ago, a freaking month ago. He wanted his little girl to live remembering what she did. He wanted his little girl to remember him when he's no longer here.

He'll make sure she does.

"Hi daddy, what you doing?" He smiled down at his little girl who was standing next to him. He continued to make some dinner which was just some mac and cheese. "Well I am making you favorite." The younger furrowed her eyebrows confused. "My favorite?" He nodded again. "What is mac and cheese?" He turned around once he was done. He let it cool and looked at Y/N. "Here try it." He blew on it as he got some on a spoon. He held up to her mouth she smiled excitedly and opened her mouth. Once the mac and cheese were in her she smiled bigger humming in approval.

"Mhmm that is very good. What is it?" He chuckled and put some more on a plate handing it to his little girl who took the plate eagerly. He let out a laugh seeing that she always had the same reaction. "Easy there tiger. Go on and take a seat. Will watch a Disney movie."

1 Week Later

"Sweetie look who's calling." Zac said with a smile causing his daughter to sit up and look at him confused. "Calling? Who?" Zac smiled answering the face time call holding up finger to the girl on the other side of the phone. "Wh have you've been missing the past few weeks. I'll give you a hint her name starts with a L." Y/N tried hard, tired real hard to remember but she couldn't. She could feel her eyes start to water. She couldn't remember.

"Here baby look at this." Zac handed Y/N a the picture book filled with pictures of her and a beautiful green eyed girl. The younger girl quickly opened the book seeing the first picture was of her and her Lolo.

"My Lolo!" Y/N smiled big seeing her favorite color on her favorite girl.(😏) Those eyes, her favorite pair of eyes. "Hey Y/NN." Y/N quickly looked around the room. That voice, that voice she knew that voice it was like something was sitting off in her brain. "Lolo?" Zac handed the phone to Y/N. Y/N looked down and smiled seeing the beautiful girl that made her heart feel warm.

"Wait so she's going into surgery?!" I said shocked. Throughout these five weeks Zac has told me about everything that was going on with my baby girl. He told me about how she started school and that she's was actually doing well. Well from what the teachers have told him. I'm sure she's doing well and that nothing has happen so far but then again it has only been her first week. Since we had to cancel a couple shows I'll be going home soon for a while up until December 2. Since we just got done preforming at the Latin AMA's.

Zac said that Y/N's surgery will be in in two weeks. So tomorrow I'll be taking a flight back to Miami. The girls will be going with me since they really want to meet Y/N. "Yea doctors say since they have everything ready the surgery will be done in next week." I nodded feeling really nervous and I'm not the one going into surgery. "Okay I'll let you rest I'll see you all Zac." He smiled slightly and nodded hanging after telling me.

"Hey Ralph are you okay?" I looked up to see Dinah looking down at me. I sighed. "Y/N is going into surgery next week on Friday." Her eyes widen and as was done saying that Mani and Ally walked in. "Wait Y/N is going to surgery next week?" Ally asked surprised. "Why so soon." I sighed as I zipped up my bag and walked out of the room with my luggages the girls following in toe with their things as well. We were headed off to the airport early in the morning.

"Yea Zac said that the doctors have everything ready. Zac will tell me all the about the possible symptoms she'll have after the surgery." The girls nodded as they followed me out the door putting our things in the SUV. "Well I'm sure everything will turn out fine." Ally said with a smile as we all sat in the truck heading off to the airport.

"Yea I hope so."
