Zelda expained her situation to the group of people after being seated at their table.

"I know of where you can get some armor!" Ashei shifted her weight to her other leg. "There is a mountain to the west called Snowpeak--surely you have heard of it, yeah?"

"Yes, I have."

"On Snowpeak, there's an old and abandoned mansion. I know that this mansion will house this armor that you need."

"As for the sword, the last member of the Resistance, Rusl, is a very good swordsmith and would be happy to asist you." Auru tilted his head.

"Thank you so much for your help. I am very appreciative for your invaluable contributions." Zelda looked around at the Hylians around the table.

"No problem! It was a pleasure, yeah?"

"Anything for our wonderful queen."

"If you need help with anything else, don't be afraid to come back here and ask."

"I promise I will return, Auru. Now, I must be on my way; goodbye, and thank you again." Zelda smiled and stood.

Everyone smiled and nodded. "You come back soon, okay?" Telma said as Zelda walked past.

"Of course, Telma."

"Hey, Zelda, can I ask a question?" Tristam asked as the two exited the bar. "Have you ever left the castle before?"

"Actually, yes, I have. The first time was when I was five years old--my father took me to Ordon Village to visit the goats at the farm. When I was six he took me to Kakariko and again when I was seven." Zelda didn't bring up the fact that her father stopped taking her out of the castle because he passed just before her eighth birthday. "I snuck out and walked around Castle Town at nighttime a couple times when I was 12, but I was caught and then guards were placed outside of my room for a few years. I can see that the town has changed much in six years, and it is much different than I would expect it to be. But it overwhelms my heart to see my country thriving and happy, and I am proud to be the ruler of this beautiful land of Hyrule."

"That's beautiful, Zelda. Do your ever regret not seeing your country more often? It's almost like you don't even know that much about your country."

Zelda sighed. "Truth be told, I do occasionally wish that I was allowed to leave the castle more often, but I try to not dwell on the past. What has happened cannot be changed and I am not upset over this. Now, lets be on our way!"

The two adventurers continued walking--well, one flying--towards their first stop, Ordon Village. It had been 13 years since Zelda had visited there and she wondered how it had changed. She assumed that it wouldn't have changed as much as Castle Town, with it being more rural and having a smaller population.

"What was your father like?" Tristam asked as him and Zelda were partway through Hyrule Field, almost halfway to Ordon. "Do you remember your mother at all?"

"My mother passed in birth, so I do not remember her. My father was kind but stern, and he always kept the people of Hyrule first in his heart. I aspire to be as great as a ruler as he was."

"That sounds wonderful. Fairies don't have parents, at least as far as I know. Most Hylians believe that fairies are all created by the Great Fairies, which reside in the Gerudo Desert, or maybe by the light spirits."

The light spirits were guardians of sort for Hyrule. Four exist, one for each major province of Hyrule, and are said to have been created by the Goddesses.

"Oh look, we're here." Tristam said as him and Zelda crossed over a bridge between Ordon and Faron woods, Ordon's northern neighboring province. They passed by the spring, which is where the light spirit resides, and came into a small clearing. A house was carved out of a large tree.

" 'Link's house'," Zelda read the sign next to the ladder that led to the front door.

"Oh, it's Link's house!" Tristam flew around the sign. "Do you think we should go in?"

"I think we should not disturb his privacy. Lets continue."

"Is that Queen Zelda?"

"I think so." Two villagers were standing and chatting by a river that cut through the village.

"Hello, sirs. My name is Zelda."

"I'm Uli," a woman carrying an infant, around a month old, said to Zelda.

"And I'm Rusl. What brings you to our humble village?"

"Are you Rusl, the great swordsman of Ordon?"

"Well, I wouldn't say great, but I am a maker of swords. Why would the princess need such a weapon?"

"Link is in trouble and it is up to me to make sure is not endangered. I require a sword, some armor, and a shield, and I have heard that you are one of the best in the land to get a sword from." Zelda spoke confidently, standing up straight.

Both of them looked shocked. "I don't mean to offend you, Queen, but Link? In danger? It seems a bit... far-fetched." Uli said, switching the pink-swaddled baby into her other arm.

"It does sound a bit proposterous. But I recieved a letter stating that my country was under threat yet again, and I have been gifted wisdom by the goddesses. I believe that I must try to help him." Zelda didn't enjoy flaunting her gift of wisdom, but she felt it would help convince these people of her.

"Well, in that case, I believe you. And I think I have a sword that will be beneficial to you. Come with me," Rusl started walking towards one of the small houses of the village; Zelda and Tristam followed.
