Barry and Kara both have their powers.
Kara was still adopted by Eliza and Jeremiah, but they moved to Central City shortly after Kara was adopted.
Barry's mom was still murdered and his dad is in iron heights, so he was still adopted by Joe and Iris.
Jeremiah, Alex, and Kara never worked with the DEO.
Yes I did have Supergirl wear a mask because there is NO WAY Barry wouldn't be able to recognize her.
Both Supergirl and Flash use voice modifiers.
Yes their personalities are different, I'm just using their mantels for the story.
