Epilogue

Esmeralda POV

"I love you, Demetri." I say, grabbing  his hand. He takes his other hand and places in on my cheek. He leans down towards me, and kisses my lips, softly. 

I can feel, I feel, well I can't say I how I feel.

I feel alive.

I feel, love.

He pulls away and I hug him tightly. He hugs me back, kissing my forehead. Right at that moment, Dad walks in. I thought he'd be furious, but he is actually calm and smiling.

" So, you know." He says, smiling. "You're all vampires. You, Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Caius, and Uncle Aro all run the show. You and Mom are soul mates. Grandma and Grandpa are soul mates. Uncle Caius is mated to Rebekah, the vampire stuck in the tower. Uncle Aro is with Aunt Gina." I say, smiling.

"You realize that makes you princess, correct?" He asks. I stumble backwards into a chair. "I'm the princess of all the vampires?" I stutter out. "Well, when you change, it will be official. We will have a full ceremony." Mom says, walking past Dad.

"Mom, I've been meaning to talk to you." I say, sighing. Demetri and Dad leave the room, closing the door behind them. "What's wrong, love?" She asks, her voice soft and kind.

" It's about your two guards, Alice and Edward." I say, sighing again, scared as hell. "Honey, tell me what is wrong immediately." Mama says, concern in her voice now.

"Edward says I am his mate as well, and Alice says she has seen the double wedding of Demetri, Edward, and I." I say, in a soft tone.

"Those two fools will be killed." Mom whispers. "Honey, Edward is one of your mates. That is true. But, you cannot be with him. He was with me many years ago. He is your father's adoptive brother, and well, he is bad news. He will hurt you, even though you are mates." she tells me, tears in her eyes.

"I want him dead then. He hurt you, Mama. I want him gone. I feel nothing towards him. Just my Demetri." I tell her. Truth is, I feel a lot towards Edward. But, Mama is more important. 

"I can't do that to you. It will hurt you so much. He may be terrible, but he is your mate. You feel everything towards both of your mates. I will never ever harm them." Mama says, hugging me tightly.

There is a soft knock at the door. Mama opens the door, and there stands my mates, Edward and Demetri, white and red roses in their hands.

"I love you two."
