Chapter 7 ~First day~

"BEEP BEEP" UGH! I hate alarm clocks! "Tugs on clock until it unplugs from the wall" THERE! "Rolls back over" *Door opens* "You can't just unplug your problems." My dad said. "But life would be so easy then!" I yelled. "Well it's 7:05, you better get up and get dressed!" He exclaimed and slam my door on the way out. Well somebody is grumpy!

I got up and put on a random t-shirt and pair of basketball shorts. Got a hairbow out of the dresser and put up my hair. I unplugged my phone from the wall and sticked it in my pocket. Slipped on a pair of socks and then my shoes. "Who's ready for school!!! yeah Not me!" I yelled out of nowhere.

I grabbed my bag and headed toward the truck. This is the last year my parents will be driving me to school! This is amazing, I can't wait till I get my drivers permit! No, my license! Then I'll be free! Almost anyways...

My dad finally comes to the truck. "Ready for first day of 9th grade?" he asked. "Yes!!! Specially my Bo- boy best friend in the same classes as me!" I said almost blowing the cover. "Well you all are like brother and sister" he said.

~ skipping the drive~

"There you go sweatheart, have a nice day." My dad said parking the truck to let me out. "I'll try" I said smiling. I enter the building to all these weird stares toward me. "Taybug!!" Cameron said sneak attacking me. "Ahhh!!" I screamed. "So, your his gf?" some random boy that had two freckles on each check o his face said. "Yes!!" I smiles looking at cams face.

"I'm daygan by the way." He said. "Yea, that's one of my best friends." cam said. "Oh.." I said. Well today will be interesting. I get to meet his friends and make some new ones. "Here I got to go through the breakfast line." I said. "I'll go with you" Sky said as she came walked beside me. "Alrighty!" I yelled.

Cam finally let go of the hug and I followed Skyler. "So.." I said. "Cameron is friends with my crush." Skyler stated as we got away from Cam. "Daygan?" I questioned. "NO! Eww!! Chad." "Chad?!?!?" I'm confused.... "Yeah, I'll show him to you after we get out of the line." she stated.

Okay, who's chad? This isn't the chad that I went to beaver with is it? Omg this is going to be so confusing!! "That's chad" she pointed to a tall giant. Okay, this is a different person and super is super tall! Taller than me and I'm 5'10. "woah!" I exclaimed. "Yup, isn't he sexy? He has abs btw." sky smirked. "Abs?!?!?" Omg a person in my school has abs!

"Tay?" sky asked. "What?" "Are you okay?" "Yeah..." I said. "TayTay! You got to come meet some people I know!" Cam yelled walking up to me. "okay, okay I'll be right there." I said.

~In the classroom~

Okay I have every class with Cameron but homeroom. That's okay because Skyler is in my homeroom!!! "Oh, Dustin is in this class... Watch out he's kinda of weird." Skyler admitted. "I am too!" I said. "Ah same old class! Did ya miss me" a boy coming through the door said. "Wait, who are you?" he said. "I'm Taylor the new kid." I said. "Well I'm Dustin!" he yelled. I looked at Skyler and she just started laughing. "What's your schedule?" He asked. I pulled it out of my binder and reached it to him. "We have gym class together too!" he looked at me. "Do you play sports?" he asked looking at my outfit. "Yes, I was on a undefeated A team back at beaver for basketball." I stated smiling from the memories. "Well, I challenge you in a match. You pick your team and I'll pick mine." he said grinning.

"SKYLER AND CAMERON IS ON MY TEAM!" I yelled before Dustin could take them. "Alrighty! Chad and Justin are on my team." he yelled taking a sit beside me. "Who's Justin? " I asked. Sky lean over and whisper " he's a total jerk."

~Gym Time~

Well it's game time. I have a three people team. Me, Skyler, and Cam. This should be easy beside the tall giant in the way. He will probably be blocking me.. lovely!

I found sky and cam and talked about our game plan. "Okay, Cam your going to dribble the ball down the court. then, pass the ball to either me or sky. Who ever is open. If they half court press then... We just gotta trick them with passes." I stated. "Well.. I guess that'll work. Who's got who?" Sky asked. "I don't know. Eh... Sky you block chad, Cam Justin, and I'll block Dustin." I said. "Justin? hah piece of cake!" cam said.

Dustin's POV

I enter the gym with my team. Okay we gotta come up with a plan. hmmm... " Okay, so this how it's going down. Chad you block Tay because she's a freakin giant compared to me, Justin you get sky, and I'll get Cameron!" I stated. "Woah, who's Tay?" Justin asked. I walked toward the rail on the track and pointed to her. "I got her!!" justin yelled! " Okay, then chad will block sky?" I was confused why he wanted to block her even though she is taller than him.

~After the game~

Tays POV

The score was 20-15. My team was winning. "9th grade go to your next class!" The teacher yelled. Right then Cam slung the ball and made the basket. "OOOOHHHHH!!!" I yelled. "My team won by 7 points!!" screamed getting Dustin angry.

~ 2 hours later~

Rest of the day was really bunch of nothing. I met all the teachers and they love me so far. I have ever class with Dustin and Skyler, and I have 6 classes with Cameron and Daygan. Oh and I figure out who Justin was. He isn't a jerk to me, but apparently is when I'm not around. Oh Well! I'm going to love this school year!!!
