Hoo... Another day in school. Finally! It's Friday! No class for tomorrow! Yas!

When I entered the room, I was surprised to see that Kc and Angie are already there, with Lizbeth and the others. They arrived early huh? Even earlier than me. Tss, the fuck.

"Hey." I said to them as I marched towards my seat and put my bag down.

"You guys are early today." I said as I approached them and sat beside Lizbeth. She gave me a sweet smile. I just can't help buy smile back and she looked down, hiding her blush.

"Yeah, it's friday, we have to be early at least once a week." They answered as they grin.

"Hey guys! Let's go now! The ceremony is starting!" Ken called.
We marched down the stairs to our line.

As we lined up, I stood up behind Lizbeth again. I just stood there quietly, observing other students going to their lines. I was watching them intently when all of a sudden, Lizbeth, who's standing in front of me with her back facing me, leaned back against my chest. She grabbed my hands and guided them to wrap around her waist. At that moment, my heart was beating so fuckin fast and loud. It felt like it was gonna burst out of my chest.

"I uh hey." I spoke quietly.

"You okay?" She asked.

I pulled her closer to me and whispered "Yeah."

My fingers were intertwined with each other on her stomach. She placed her hands over mine as she sighed in contentment.

"Guys, stop. Ew. Really? PDA?" Darlyn suddenly blurted out which caused Liz and I to blush. We're still not used to it when they suddenly point out how sweet we'd get. I mean, after all, we just started this yesterday. And she's not even my girlfriend yet.

I let go of Lizbeth and smiled to myself. I'm super happy, who could've thought that I actually got a chance for her to be mine? Fuck, no one. Not even me, cause I was so certain I got like 0% chance to be with her. But I realized, I never even gave it a thought. It was all just because of the fear of getting rejected. I was too scared of rejection that I never thought of making a move. I mean, how could a person or a thing be yours if you wouldn't do anything to get them? Right?

So I had to do something, especially when my feelings have grown bigger. And that's when my sometimes idiotic bestfriends encouraged me to confess and now I thought, they're not actually idiots.

I was too caught up with everything in my head I didn't even notice that the ceremony has ended and everybody's on their way back to their classrooms, including my classmates but except of course, my group of friends.

"Whatcha thinkin about?" Lizbeth suddenly asked.
"Oh... uh... nothing." I answer with a grin.

"Guys, I'm so fuckin thirsty. Can we go get some iced tea?" Kc suddenly whined.

"Oh shit, same." Darlyn agreed.

"Okay, come on, imma treat you guys." Angie offered causing the four us to turn out heads to her.

"Wait what? Did I hear it right? You're gonna treat us?" Kc asked, narrowing her eyes.

"Yeah. What's wrong with that?" Angie defended.

"Uhm nothing, lets just go, we're so thirsty." Kc pulled her with a face eating grin.

I just shook my head at them. I swear my friends are so cute. And I love them.

After the canteen, we went back the classroom. As usual, class started but I didn't really focused cause I keep on getting distracted every time Liz glances back at me.
