Heyyy... I realized that I made a mistake in the first chapter. When Zoe says you're a trip and blah blah blah just forget it.... Typo. Anyway this chapter is a whole bunch of flashbacks! BTW, this is gonna end up being a short story. But that doesnt mean it will be any less better... I fthat sentence made sense.

Chapter 4

Monday, April 10th [School: The Quad]

"What?!?! Oh hell nah you better had said no LaLa!"

I was giggling.

"Well... I did."

"He ain't try nothing right?"

"He wa-"

Before I could finish my sentence, Romel and Zoe walked over to us, with his hand around her shoulder. Oh great. Now let me try to hold my tongue so I don't curse either one of them out. This morning I woke up and saw that I had yet to read her text message.

Flashback:

7:00AM, Laila's Bedroom

I woke up and checked my phone again, remembering that I still hadn't read Zoe's text message. I opened it and it read:

I'm coming for you, bitch. You think you and Rayme was cute for what you did? Well I'm gonna ruin your fucking life. Taking away the only friends you got left. Watch your back hoe.

Wow. This ignorant ass hoe thinks I'm scared of her? DELETE.

Back to reality, Romel's POV

Zoe and I walked up to Marcus and La, me trying my hardest not to look at her, because when I did, it brang back memories of last week at gym.

Flashback:

I was sitting on the bench waiting to check up on La before she left to go to her next period, and Zoe walked over... Oh great.

"Hey, Mel."

"Yes?"

"Ummm, I just wanted to apoligize to you, for causing a big scene yesterday... I know it was embarressing."

What? My mom taught me not to curse girls out but this bitch was asking for it.

"Why the hell are you trying to apoligize to me? Only person you embarressed is yourself. And you should be apoligizing to La and Rayme... not me."

I turned away and watched some dudes playing basketball.

"Your right. I'll go talk to her later.. I think she's in the changing room now."

I looked over to the girls locker room and I see Xavier walking out of the room smiling, then La coming out moments after, with the same smirk that Xavier had. What the hell? Just like that she forgets about me? Okay fine, two can play that game.

"Yo Zoe, wait!"

If La can get with Xavier, I can get with Zoe. I mean she is the school hoe according to Rayme, and it will DEFINATELY get La upset. So win win.

Back To Reality Laila's POV

Zoe looked over at me and smirked. Marcus looked at her, then at me, then back to her, sensing the tension; and so he spoke.

"Damn, La we need to head over to Math class before we late."

I caught on but so did Romel because he smiled at us.

"Wait, its onl-"

"No dude we gotta go."

He gave him dap and sent a look Zoe's way and we walked out.
