Chapter 7: The Dirty Water

~~~Ink's POV~~~

He cried, he cried like no single monster had done before. He wiped the wet, staining tears off his eyes and sniffed, he looked at the door again. Fell, Error, Geno, Nightmare and Sans were loading all sorts of different equipment against the door. Fell ran up and held the door down as he looked back towards Ink. He continued to cry, he sobbed against the fallen cabneits. He looked at the small portion of the door underneath that was reveiled, he saw Horror's feet. His hands scratched against the door, like fingers over a chalk board. Finally, Fell pressed the last cabneit in the room against the bottom, and then stepped back.

                                   "Lets see if it'll hold...," Fell whispered to everyone. They all remained a far, but still close, ready to sprint in any second.

                                   "LEt mE IIIIIIINNNNN!" Horror screeched. His claws against the door grew to a faster pattern, it continued on and on. Ink covered his ears, and closed his eyes, and turned away from the door. Dream did the same, except he just closed his ears off.

                                   "Is it done yet?" Dream whispered back.

                                   "Don't be such a baby, it's just Horror being a HORROR, Heh," Sans replied. Ink wiped away more tears that fell down his face and walked slowly toward Reaper and Geno. He looked over to his right, he saw Nightmare putting materials back onto the shelves.

                                    "I can't beleive he's gone...," Geno muttered. Ink heard him say it, he looked at him like he was crazy.

                                    "He was here just a second ago, then, POOF, magically gone," Geno muttered again. Geno heard the scraping, but it seemed to die down after Fell replied.

                                     "I know, it- it feels so weird," Fell told them. All of them remained silent to hear Horror scratching and slashing the door, until a few minutes later, it stopped...

                                     "Did he finally leave?" Nightmare asked. Dream crawled on his fours toward the door, and pulled against the cabniet that revealed the small portion underneath. He looked under, he saw no legs there, and got back up.

                                     "Not STANDING by the door, he might be levitating though," Dream told the others.

                                     "Not a chance, levitation for us gives off a glow, you would have seen a light change," Sans corrected.

                                     "I bet he's still there, don't be stupid and go out there...we're not going the way we came. We already tried the door, it was locked," Geno told everyone.

                                      "So then...how do we get out?" Reaper asked.

~~~Nightmare's POV~~~

Nightmare dug around through the left over material on the ground, and pushed it into his arms. He got up and started walking towards a small white cyilindrical tube. It was about the size of a trash bin, but was slightly compressed. He opened it and dumped everything in it, there was a giant SPALSH! Nightmare went back and slowly lifted the cabneit back up, when he sudenlly realized something was off about the cabneit. On further inspection, he found a key, taped on to prevent it from falling.
