Chapter 5

Shin-chan POV

Karma went to school as usual and me at home alone as usual. 'Right now, probably recess though' I thought as I glance at the clock. 'Maybe a cat nap would burn some time' Well, I AM a cat, what do you want me to do? I entered our (She means Karma's) room and plopped down on the bed. As I wanted to close my eyes, I felt some goosebumps that makes me startled.

I looked out of the window and stared at Karma's school. 'I got some bad feelings. But probably just my imagination.... Right?' I reluctantly closed my eyes with the bad feelings in my heart.

I jolted from my nap with the sound of the door being slammed. I woke up to see Karma was heading towards the bed. I quickly jumped down from the bed while Karma laying on the bed sideways and his back was facing me. I was kinda hesitated to approach him. He never drowned in his anger so obviously, he also always hide the look in his eyes.

But now, I could felt the murderous aura from. And when he entered just now, I didn't missed the intend-to-kill in his eyes. Since I'm an animal, I do know this feelings. Felt like he need to end someone's life with his own hands. I shook my head at the thought. I jumped onto the bed again and shook him with my small paws.

"Shin, I don't have the mood right now so stop." Hearing him spoke to me with his angry voice, make my fur stood. I once again in the hesitated state but my mind told me to be his support and friend so I tried shook him again.

I fell forward from the wall to the floor. My back felt like it was burning. 'H-hur-t..i-t hurt-s' My neon green eyes were brimming tears and I'm starting to close my eyes. I heard someone shouted my name before I fell into the abyss. "SHIN-CHAN!"

Karma POV

'H-hur-t...i-t hurt-s' Once I heard the pain in my friend-pet voice, I snapped out of my anger state. I looked to the direction of the voice and it clearly make me frozen with wide eyes. Shin-chan's body was lifeless on the floor seem to be in pain.

Recalled back, I remembered pushing something soft to the wall; hard. I called her name when she's about to close her eyes. "SHIN-CHAN!!!" I rushed to her, I'm about to picked her up when I heard her; hissed in pain. 'God, why did I do that?! I should controlled my emotions. She's innocent, she didn't know about that fucking Ono'.

I run my hand to my hair and make a mess of it. 'Anyway, I need to bring her to vet!' I hold her up gently yet she groaned in pain. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Please just stand the pain". Tears were almost dropped when I saw her in pain. 'I'm sorry...'.
