Nandini goes to canteen to bring black coffee for Manik.
Meanwhile, Manik enters in office and goes to his cabin. On the way, he glances towards Nandini's cabin but founds it to be empty

Manik : Nandu kaha gayi? Bhaag tho nahi gayi? But aise kaise, Abhimanyu tho yahi par hai na.

knock knock

He gets happy thinking it to be Nandu and asks the person to come in. Without looking at the person,

Manik : Good morning Nan..

Cabir : Bas yehi sunne ko mila tha ab zindagi mein. Ab Nandini aagayi tho bhul gaya na mujhe?

Manik : arey aisa nahi hai cabir. I was just..

Cabir : dekh abhi bhi mujhe good morning nahi bola

Manik : Good Morning Cabir. Happy now?

Cabir : Good Morning meri jaan.

Manik : (iska kuch nahi ho sakta, shakes his head and smiles) Nandini aayi kya? Abhimanyu se baat hui kya teri?

Cabir : Arey meri rajdhani express shaant ho ja. Nandu aayi hai. Aur haan I talked to Abhimanyu too. Vo..

knock knock

Manik : yes

Nandu comes along with his coffee,

Nandu : Sir, your black coffee.

Manik : (a bit irritatingly)Thanks. You may go. Collect my schedule from Aman (an employee). Usually, he arranges my meetings and stuff. You just have to remind me about meetings, upcoming deadlines and help me in my projects. Is that clear? If yes, you can leave.

Cabir : (didn't understand the reason behind his irritation)Princess, agar yeh kuch jyada tang kiya na tell me, isko mein dekh lunga.

Manik : Princess?

Cabir : yes, she is my princess and you better behave properly with her. Nandu you go.
Nandu leaves thinking about the reason for Manik's mood.

Manik : what is this Princess and all?

Cabir : Ab tu mera Prince charming hai tho vo meri Princess hui na?

Manik : aur Abhimanyu?

Cabir : As of now they are just friends. (Abhi thodi bolunga ki she is Abhimanyu's sister). You can TRY to impress her. 😉😉

Cabir : Arey Manik baba aap tho yaha smile kar rahe hai? Matlab no questions, no glares? Arey wah ye 8th wonder ho na chahiye.

Manik : Cabir

Cabir : le, phir se start ho gaya. Acha listen, why did you shout on Nandini?

Manik : (looking down)Actually, vo after yesterday I thought Abhimanyu and she..

Cabir : are dating?

Manik looks down.

Cabir : Saale, uske aank mein ek bhi aasu aaya na, u have to answer me?

Manik : Tu mera friend hai ya uska?

Cabir : Tune tho hamara break up karwa diya. So, now I am Nandini's brother. Don't worry hum apna affair teri shaadi ke baad continue kar lenge?

Manik : Cabir. Agar yeh sab Nandu ne sun liya na, patch ke pehle hi break up ho jayega hamara.

Cabir : Patch up ke pehle you need to apologise. Chal kaam par lag ja.
(And leaves from there)

Manik thinks of the ways to apologise.

knock knock

Manik : Come in.

Nandu comes in.

Manik : (with a bright smile) Nanduuuuuu

Nandu : (bipolar creature. Pehle daant diya now he is over-excited) Sir, you have a meeting along with lunch at 1 pm at ABC place. That's all for today. And I need the projects that you are working on to keep a tab on what's going on?

Manik : Nandu while coming in, the first thing you have to do is to wish someone good morning?

Nandu : (irritated)Sir, this is not the first time we are meeting today, right?

Manik : As if you wished me back then (with a pout)

Nandu : (He can be unbelievable) Good morning sir

Manik : (smiling brightly) A very good morning Nanduuu. And one more thing, take this file. Read this and try to understand. You might find it useful in today's meeting.

Nandu : But why this. I am not attending the meeting today.

Manik : And who said that?

Nandu : (a bit scared)No one asked me to attend the meeting.

Manik : oh come on Nandu. (Looking straight into her eyes) I want you to be around me, always, wherever I go.

Nandu : What?

Manik : (composing himself) I mean that's your job. You will come with me and no one needs to tell you that.

Nandu : ok (and leaves)

Manik : And one more thing.

Nandu turns around.

Manik : You don't need to knock, you can directly come inside whenever you want to. You can leave now.

Nandu : (Confused) OK sir
