Clouds are not visible in the sky tonight.
There is no moon either.
I leaned over the railing in my bedroom terrace as I looked up, hoping that any moment now, he would come descending from above.

>>flashback<<
“Look it’s Takaki-kun!!” Rio, one of my friends, told me as she tugged my sleeve excitedly.
“Eh? Where?” I immediately closed the book I was reading. I then scanned the entire library, looking closely at every shelf division.
Rio chuckled. “You’re easy to trick, onee-chan.”
I frowned. “Mou~ you always do that.”
“And you always fall for it.” She chuckled once again. “After all, Takaki-kun is your weakness. Ne~~” she poked my cheek, teasing. I just pouted.
“Hi.” A girl younger than Rio then came to our table with a huge hardbound book in her hands. She placed the book on our table as she took a seat.
“Death again?” Rio frowned. “Fai-chan sure does like creepy books..”
“Well I just figured out that death angels are better than zombies..” Fai mumbled as she flipped open the cover of the book.
*twenty minutes later*
“This is booringgg~~” Rio slumped her head on the table. “Hanna, Yuki, Amu, and Rin-chan are all busy in the student council and they have ikemen guys to work with so I think they’re having fun.”
Meanwhile, Fai was frowning at a certain page in the book she was reading.
Rio, not having anything to do, took the book from Fai’s hand and read it. “A summon for a wish.” Rio then looked at me. “Kim-neechan, you should try this!”
“Pfft~ as if that would work.” I replied.

*later that week*
“Where is it~.. Ah, there.”
Today, I came to the library by myself.
I took the hardbound book in my hand, the very same book Fai was reading earlier this week. I remember refusing to try the summon thingy the book was suggesting but…
MAN, I AM DESPERATE.
The school prom is just three days away and I could really use a good summoning spell right now to call an angel, even if it was a death angel, to have a wish fulfilled.
I sighed as I flipped the pages of the said book.
