After the night before, Duncan was still on high alert, but Jules seemed friendly enough.  Although he had tried to break into his house before, Duncan couldn't help but be perplexed by him. After he sent Jules off with a warning, he stayed up for the rest of the night as he tried to piece together the day. He slept in that day, before following his normal routines but he decided to wire up tin cans on lines and tripwires on the tree line for good measure. If he wanted to get in, Duncan would know. After he was done, he sat on his porch looking at the Boston Skyline with a soft smile. In a few days he'd have to get supplies in Diamond City, to sell his hides and surplus food. But at the moment he wanted to find out about Jules's deal. Duncan grabbed his rifle, slung it over his shoulder and filled a small bag with a few beers he found laying around before setting out on the trail to Jules's house.

Jules seemed to be waiting for Duncan almost as he approached, a large pistol in a waist holster as he walked over. He stopped about thirty feet from Jules's and held up his bag of beers. "Drink?" Duncan asked, and Jules waved him over, but Duncan kept watch on the pistol. Duncan had on of his own tucked into his trousers. As they approached Jules's house, the two walked side by side to watch eachother. Duncan set his stuff down, by a small table on the porch of the house. As he set the bag on the table, Jules eyed him. "This a set up or somethin'?" He asked Duncan, with a raised brow. "As far as I know, no." Duncan said, his eyes glancing up from the bag as he set two lukewarm beers on the table before leaning back in his chair. "Sooo.. When'd you settle in here?"
