Chapter 3

-Holly-

"So, you bought your ticket. Now what do we do?" Calum asks. I stop, causing the person walking behind me to curse at the sudden block and walk past me while muttering a curse word. "First, answer my question. Why the hell did you buy a ticket too?" I wait for his respond and he sigh then look at me. "Well?"

"I'm always up for an adventure."

"You don't even know me." I shake my head. "We are only on the first name basis." I shrug and he smile.

"Well, that makes it more fun. We can get to know each other." I think at his words. Hmmm, well this is Calum Hood and you're alone. You could use him as a friend and help you to get around there.

"Okay." I said and continue to walk. "Okay?" I turn to Calum and nod. "Let's go!" I giggle and walk faster. "Wait up, stranger!"

-Evelyn-

"Take a left!" I tell Sam who is doing her best to drive to the airport faster. "No. Just go straight Sam!"

"Left! Quick!" When I see the turning, I nudge Sam.

"No. Straight!" Scarlett push my hand away and look at Sam. "Who the fuck am I suppose to listen to?!" Sam shout while her eyes are still focused on the road.

"Me!" Scarlett and I shouted at the same time. We both look at each other. "Why should she listen to you?" I ask Scarlett. "I can ask the same." Scarlett glares. "I know the roads to the airport better." I said and look back infront. "Ah. But I have an app that shows me the best and faster way to get to the airport." Scarlett argues and I huff knowing that I lost.

"Straight right Scarlett?"

"I'm not straight?" Scarlett answered back and I burst out laughing. "She meant the direction!" I laugh. "Oh! Idiot! Yeah, straight."

"I know you're not straight bitch." Sam laughs. "Okay! I know y'all know so shut it." Scarlett laugh too.

"So," Calum trail and I look at him. "What?" I ask. "Why are you going to Las Vegas?" Calum ask. "Hmm." I rest my chin on the palm of my hand. "Is it complicated?"

"No." I sigh. "My good friend is getting married to my first love so I decide to go Las Vegas." I shrug and lean back on my chair. "Why last Vegas?"

"Las Vegas is a cool place."

"True. It is an awesome place."

"How did you even think of Las Vegas?" Calum ask. "Ha! To be honest, I wrote other places too and then I put in a box."

"So you randomly pick one?" I nod. "Interesting." Calum chuckles and I smile. My phone vibrated repeatedly and I sigh. "Your best friends?" I shrug and take out my phone from my pocket. "Huh...it's not my best friends." I said. "Then?" I check and it was actually all the fan pages of 5SOS that I followed to keep me updated. "It's fan pages of your band that I followed."

"What's all the fuss?" Calum got up and take a seat next to me. I shrug and check it. "Something is definitely going viral though. Because all of the other fan pages is posting a lot too at the same time." I said and wait for an Instagram post to load. I gasp and look at Calum. "Calum!" I whisper shouted and nudge him after I saw what the post was. It was a picture of me and him sitting facing each other just a few minutes ago. "Some fans are here." Calum said and stand up. I look around and notice a group of girls staring at us. Calum grab my hand and I look at him. "We gotta go." Calum pull me up and his other hand was already holding my suitcase.

"What?" I said in confusion. Calum start to drag me to walk and I stumble a little before following up to his pace. "Where are we going?"

"What time is it?" Calum ask. "Ten minutes to 8."

"Let's head inside."

"To the boarding gate?" I ask and he nods. I bite my lip and stop. Calum stop and turn to me. "What's wrong? Why did you stop?"

"Just wait. Ten minutes please.  We'll go in at 8 sharp." I look at Calum. "Okay?" He looks around and nods.

"What's wrong?"

"What do you mean?" I ask. "You look like you're hoping for something."

"I'm hoping my friends come." I shrug. "Oh." Calum said. "They'll come. I'm sure." He put an arm around my shoulder and I look at him. He give me a smile and I smile back. "Holly!" I turn around and see my best friends running towards me. Calum drop his arm and I run towards them. "You guys made it!" I cheer. "What the hell do you think your doing?!" Sam shout and I laugh. "I'm sorry guys! I can't bear to be here." I look down. "We understand."

"Are you never coming back?" Scarlett ask and I slap her shoulder. "You're crazy! I'm only going to be gone for awhile. I need space." I smile sadly at them and they did the same. "Well, just keep us updated!" Sam came up and hug me. I laugh and hug her. "I'm going to miss you guys." I sigh and a tear comes out. "Awe!" Evelyn said and hug me. "Group hug!" Scarlett said and we all hug each other. Calum clear his throat and we all break apart. "Oh my god. Guys, this is -"

"We know who it is Holly." The three of them said and then we all laugh. "I'm Evelyn. This is Scarlett," Evelyn pointed at Scarlett. "Hey." She wave. "And this is Sam." Evelyn put an arm around Sam. "I'm always the last one to get introduced. It's okay though." And we laugh. "I'm kidding. Hi Calum. Big fan of your band's music."

"Thanks. Hey guys." He wave. "How'd you two meet?" Scarlett ask. Calum and I look at each other and then laugh. "He was my taxi driver." I said. "From a a taxi I stole." Calum add on.

"Damn." Sam said. "Badass man." Scarlett put her hand up for a high five and he give her a high five. "What time do you guys have to go in?" Evelyn ask and I look at Calum as he is checking his watch. "Right now actually." Calum said and look at me. I sigh and look back at them. "Sorry Guys."

"It's fine. Go now. We'll see each other soon." Sam smile. I groan and then smile. "Okay! I gotta go! I'm going to see you guys again! Don't make me cry!" I laugh and they all hug me again. I give them a tight squeeze and then break apart. "Bye guys." I said and hold Calum's hand. "Let's go." I whisper to him and he nods before pulling me behind him. I look at them and wave them goodbye before heading in.
