Yes, I'm quite serious. I have spoken with my mother and she and my younger sister will be attending your eighteenth birthday party. I will be unable to accompany them, however; I'm quite sorry about that. You see, Michael. I'm not strong enough to travel anywhere--not anymore anyways. I may have been able to when we first started our correspondence, but as the time has passed so has my strength. I wish you all the best, however.
