By the time we got home, Dyl had completely tired me out with the longest corny story ever to reach my ears. He prepped me for a mess inside but never specified what kind of mess. We walked up the flight of stairs, Dyl carrying my oxygen cart, and opened the door to the darkness of our home. I walked in and the lights turned on revealing, just before I was ready, the yelling of "WELCOME HOME" ringing through the room. I was shocked to see a cake on top of the table in the back and see the whole cast standing around it, smiling. I tried my hardest to not cry but I failed miserably. I sank to the floor, smiling, as tears streamed down my face. I was engulfed into a hug and I sobbed a small, weak "thank you" while the whole cast giggled.
"You're SO welcome man, you deserve to be at home, not stuck in a hospital... though they have such AMAZING fro-yo," Kaya said, laughing.
"That's the truth!" Ki said in agreement. I laughed with them, though out of breath already. I put the nubbins in and took a deep breath. I laughed again, now having oxygen to breath. We got up, moving towards the box in the middle of the table and open it. It contained multiple gift cards to the small pub down the street. Each contained thirty bucks.
"Ooh, we drinkin' tonight?" Dyl said, smirking.
"Obviously, this is the time to CELEBRATE!" We all chanted a "whoo" and running to the bedroom, finding outfits for this night on the town. We took enough to spend $90 on Alcohol. We got there and our first order was a round of shots. We kept going to see who would get too drunk first. It came down to Ki Hong and me and we were both probably EXTREMELY drunk. I couldn't tell, all I was thinking of was the competition going on. I had no idea how many of my fans were there, watching and recording. There was also the reporters, with their notepads and cameras both taking photos and videos. Music plays in the background, some sort of rock song I probably know but am too drunk to realize. The next round is served and we look each other in the eyes, not able to keep a straight face very long. We laughed and took the shots. My throat felt like fire and I almost puked. Ki did throw up which meant I'd won...and then I puked. Dyl laughed and picked me up saying "let's get you home" and walked outside with me over his shoulder. He was the designated driver because he was just not the drinking type. He just bought himself a shit ton of Mountain Dew. We left, knowing the rest of them would be able to get a cab to bring them home. He picked me up again to bring me into the house and get me into bed. He laid next to me, kissed me, and curled up against me. I subconsciously laid my head on his chest, smiling. We fell asleep before the rest got home so they had to sleep of the multiple couches. When I awoke, my head was throbbing so hard, I'm pretty sure it moved to the beat.
