Chapter 7: Delivery & Discovery

Nathan

When Kelsey told me where my family lived, she also told me that Jesse's and Sophia's families lived near mine. I was about to knock on Jesse's door when a plane flew over and something fell towards my house. I ran back to my house and found a pod sitting in the front yard. I saw a panel on the pod that looked like a hand print scanner. I placed my hand on it and it scanned my hand. I heard a click and the pod started to open, I backed up and all that was inside the pod was a metal staff, and a backpack. 

I put on the backpack and pressed the button in the middle and I heard something moving. Metal started to cover me. In a second I was completely covered with the metal. I looked at myself and saw that it was an upgraded Onslaught suit. Even better than it used to be. Who could have made this? I asked myself.

I looked towards the plane flying away and got on my Mx and rode towards it. When I was directly under it I pressed a trigger on my hand and a Grappling hook shot out of it and hooked me to the plane. I zoomed up and made it on top of the plane. When I got there, two more pods shot out and landed in front of Jesse's and Sophia's houses. I looked on the tail and saw that it was Air Force 1.

I jumped off and dive bombed towards the earth, a glider came out of the suit's back and attached itself to my arms and I flew to the ground. I landed just outside of New River, and found my Mx, and rode back to town. I went back to Jesse's house and saw him with the new Fallout suit. "I see you got your suit." I said to him. "Hey, your back. I love it, did you make these?" he asked me.

"Heck no, POTUS did."   I replied. "POTUS? Oh, President Of The United States. How did he know who we are?" He said. "You know, I really do not know. Come on, let's go see if Sophia has gotten her suit." I said. Me and Jesse walked over to Sophia's house hoping that she had gotten her suit. Even though we have all been severely injured, the team will continue.

Sophia

"Hey boys." I said, coming out from behind the pod that fell in my front yard. "You look hot, Sophia." Nathan said to me. "I will not  go out with you." I replied, punching him. "Why, tell me why." He said. "Because, Nathan. You are a player, you will just do something to me, break up with me, then find some other pretty girl to mess with." I replied to him, flipping my long brown hair.

"You never know, people can change." He said. "Here, I will name all the girls you have gone out with, and dumped: Kelsey, Sophie, Jessica, Veronica, Katie, Peyton, Violet, Olivia,  Meghan. Should I go on?" I asked. "Go on." He said. "You went out with Kelsey again, Brianna, Emily, Natalie, Zoey, Chelsey, Alexa, Alexis, Faith, and lastly, Layla. That is eighteen girls, nineteen times. That would just make me number twenty, I don't want to be just another pretty girl." I said. "That would break my personal record though. Sophia! I was only kidding. I promise, Sophia, you will not just be another girl, you are my last one, I promise." He said, holding out his hand.

"Um........ I don't really know, Nathan. You could just be tricking me." I replied to him. "Sophia, I promise you will be the last girlfriend I have. I will not break this promise." Nathan said, still holding out his hand. "I will leave you two alone, I have to go, uh.... water the plants at home." Jesse hesitated. "Sophia." Nathan said, holding my hand. "I promise, no, I swear to God, that I will not take advantage of you and dump you. You will be my last girlfriend. I love you Sophia." Nathan said.

"Nathan... I.... I'm just not sure.......... I will give it a shot." I said. "How about to start it off, we do this." He said, kissing me. He held me in his strong arms for a few moments, I just closed my eyes and fell into his warm body. When I got home, I went straight into my room and called my friend, Brianna on Skype. "Girl, you are crazy, he is just playing you. He is going to dump you first chance he gets." Brianna said.

"I won't believe it, I love him, he loves me. Besides, did he give you a long kiss at the very beginning?" I asked her. "Well... no. Maybe he has changed." She replied. "Yeah, oh. Hey, babe, wanna go out tonight?" I read. "What is that, did he IM you?" Brianna said. I hung up on her and replied to Nathan.

S: Sure, where do you want to go?

N: I was thinking we could head over to Roadrunners.

S: I will meet you there in half an hour.

N: See you there

 I went into the bathroom and took a shower and got on a nice dress and applied my makeup. I met Nathan at the front door of Roadrunners and we went inside to eat dinner. "So, how is my little baby doing?" He asked me. "Oh, stop. You are just so sweet." I blushed. "I love you, I want you to know that." He replied holding my hand.

"I love you too, but how can we still be on the team?" I asked him. "Same way we are now." He said. After eating dinner, Nathan took me home, and kissed my cheek. I went inside and went to bed. I fell asleep thinking of Nathan and our date earlier tonight.

Jesse

When I left Nate and Sophia to talk I went around town to search for clues to how the President knew who we are, I then realised how. Every time we take off our masks or suits, we are by a camera, the President probably saw it and knew who we were. I planned to tell Nate and Sophia in the morning. So I went home to eat dinner and go to bed.
