Ch 6

"No, Connor. It's not like that! It was a dare. C'mon, I had to do it, god, what's wrong with you!" I yelled out the door while Connor jumped in his car and drove away. I turned to see Nash, JC, Sam, Lia, Andrea, Kian, Anna, and, of course, Matt staring at me, "I'm just gonna go," I muttered and grabbed my keys.

"Wait, hold on!" Anna yelled, "I need a ride. She turned to Sam, kissed him, said good bye and got into the car with me. As Anna jumped into the passenger seat, her gorgeous, brown waves flopped, she turned on the radio, and turned to a station, and blasted Hey There, Delilah by the Plain White T's.

"What'd ya think was wrong with him?" I asked when the song ended. The worst part was that I didn't even know if he still considered me his girlfriend, he could've given me that decency, but I was over him, for now.

"I don't know, it's not even like he should be worried. I mean, you and Matt did have a pretty intense make-our session, but it's not like that...wait, is it?" Anna said, I could tell she was trying to make it sound like a minor detail, but my face turned the darkest shade of red possible.

"Yeah, whatever," I muttered. When I was parked in the driveway, I hopped out of the car, immediately running to my room. For the next two hours I sat on my bed, staring at my ceiling.

Ding-Dong. Oh, god...if it's Connor. But, it wasn't, it was Matt. I went and answered the door since Anna and Rachel had gone shopping.

"Hi," Matt said, "I'm sorry, I know Connors mad at you, I know it's my fault and I know you probably hate me, but honestly..."

"Stop," I whispered, and stared at my teal vans, "just stop." Matt pulled me into a hug, he rubbed my tense shoulders and hummed some slow, love song.

Hot tears began running down my face. "Hey, stop it," Matt whispered, as he put his fingers under my chin, lifting my head to look into his eyes, "Connor knows you love him, he's just jealous."

I nodded, but was kind of distracted by his beautiful features and sweetness. Did I really love Connor?
