The Enemy

At Lenalee and the others

Kanda was already tired and is also already full of scratches all over his body. He was fighting alone with another akuma but is always disrupted by the explosive akuma whenever he was about to kill it.

"damn that explosive bastard!" Kanda cursed and was added by Krory that if only the explosive akuma wasn't there, then they should have been able to defeat the other akumas much more faster.

Lenalee then came up with a plan to secretly attack the explosive akuma as they distract the other three.

Kanda annoyingly agreed to her plan and started to run towards the explosive akuma, trying to lure its eyes to him as Lenalee hides somewhere near it.

"Lavi send me flying" Krory ordered Lavi and jumped towards Lavi's innocence, Iron Hammer.

"Roger that! big..big..Big!GO!" Lavi shouted and swung his innocence widely towards Krory, sending him flying towards the other akumas.

"Mugen!" Kanda activate Mugen again and performed an attack, making another sword which he held in his left hand.

"useless!" The explosive akuma said attacking Krory, and Kanda.

He planted an explosive one to both Krory and Kanda and started charging it to its full power, saying that if it has enough energy to explode, it will kill them.

Lenalee came out of her hiding place and then jumped really high, then went behind the three other akumas.

The first akuma noticed a shadow and when he looked backed he exploded. The same thing happened to the other 2 akumas.

Lenalee landed on the roof and looked at the last akuma remaining then at the direction where Road and Allen are fighting.

She then went back to Lavi and Miranda. She told Miranda to rest and hide somewhere with Bookman while they will finish of the remaining ones.

Lenalee asked for Lavi and Kanda's help to defeat the remaining akuma and to help Allen with his fight with Road

"Yu!!"Lavi shouted at Kanda giving him a sign to get ready as he made his innocence longer and bigger than its original size.

Kanda then move out of the way, giving a cold glare to Lavi who called him by his first name again and hide behind the hammer.

Lavi's hammer hit some tall houses and trees and the last remaining akuma noticed a big shadow. When the akuma looked back it hit him and was flying to Road's direction.

Lenalee shouted with a very loud voice and told Allen to dodge Lavi's innocence.

At Allen

"You've become a little stronger" Road complemented
Allen with a smirk as she continued to attack Allen and dodge Allen's attack.

Allen then heard Lenalee shouting to him, telling him to dodge and when he look at behind him, he saw an akuma flying towards his direction.

Allen panicky dodged the akuma and jumped to the left side in a hurry when he saw Lavi's hammer following the akuma and at the back of the innocence, was Kanda with a very scary face.

"Lavi! that was dangerous" Allen shouted.

Lavi apologized to Allen with a laugh and went to help him stand up.

The remaining last akuma exploded at Road's direction but unfortunately, Road was able to run away from the akuma before it exploded.

But to their surprise, it was not only Road who they saw floating in the air, but also another akuma. They were shock.

It was only four akumas that they saw and fought and all of those four akumas, they have already seen it die before their eyes.

"That was a splendid attack, exorcists" the akuma said "but you will now die!" The akuma added, ready to attack them when Road stopped him.

"It wouldn't be fun if you kill them all at once. We should kill them one by one" Road said smiling evilly and then suddenly pulled something from a whole.

All of them was surprised to see Miranda at Road's hands she was just behind them not too long ago.

Lenalee jumped, ready to attack Road, the new akuma that appeared attacked her and she dodged it and kicked the akuma making the akuma hit the wall.

Krory followed Lenalee then drunk and killed the akuma as it was trying to run away from him.

"Thanks for the food"Krory said, licking his lips and smiled, looking at Road.

Lenalee was ready to attack Road when Allen stopped her. She angrily told Allen to not stop her, worried about Miranda.

Allen told Lenalee that she can't fight Road now, specially with her body, that was full of wounds and scratches. Allen then went infront of Road.

He shouted at Road that if he doesn't let go of Miranda now, he will kill Road. But his words didn't work at Road. And she just let out a small laugh.

"oh~how scary"Road said smirking and acting like she was scared.

Allen started to attack Road again and then suddenly Lavi's hammer appeared behind Road and Kanda appeared at the left side of Road, while Lenalee appeared at the right side of Road.

Lavi, Kanda, Lenalee together with Allen was ready to attack Road but Road was able to dodged it.

" tsk. still able to dodge it" Kanda said annoyed that Road was still able to dodge their attack.

"No, I barely dodged it" Road honestly told to them.

Allen and the others were surprised to see that Miranda was not on Road's hands anymore and that Road's right hand was bleeding.

"Where's Miranda?!" Lenalee asked, panicking.

"She's here with me" Krory said from below of them, carrying an unconscious Miranda in his hands

"That was unfortunate that I wasn't able to kill one of you but the next time we fight. I will surely kill one of you!" Road said before disappearing in front of them.
