"Always and forever. I need you to stand by my side. Be my brother. Help me destroy Stefan and I promise you our family will be whole again." Klaus said, closing the lid to the coffin.
"Brothers. Never at peace in this town are they?" A voice spoke up. "And to think, it always starts with a doppelgänger."
Both of the Mikaelson brothers heads snapped around to see a woman standing in the doorway.
The woman had her brunette hair scraped back into braids along the top of her hair, with long brunette locks cascading from beneath that hung over her shoulders.
She wore a see-through type black shirt that was tucked into her casual black, skinny jeans. Her shoes were black high heels that were no doubt an expensive brand.
"Katerina," Elijah tilted his head, squinting his eyes slightly. He vamp sped over and inspected the brunette closer.
"Interesting." Elijah hummed. "Who are you?"
"The Myth," Klaus smirked, coming to the conclusion of the only other vampire doppelgänger. "The legend-"
"The one and only." The brunette smirked back.
"Sofia Petrova."
"That's not possible." Elijah said in disbelief.
"Neither is Elena but there she is. Living proof the Petrova bloodline still lives on." Sofia retorted, looking down at her nails. "Petrova's and their babies out of wedlock."
"I've tried to find you." Klaus stated. "No trace whatsoever of you. Only peoples words. How did you elude so many for so long?"
"I think the more appropriate question is, why reveal myself now." Sofia said. "Why come out of the shadows after 7 centuries of hiding?"
"Why?" Elijah questioned. Both of the brothers at a loss of words over one person.
"I want to help." Sofia began. "You see... papa Mikaelson may be dead but momma Mikaelson isn't exactly as dead as she should be. Care to explain, Nikky?"
"Yes, care to explain Niklaus?" Elijah asked. "It must be important if a vampire, who has ever been known as a myth, has revealed herself."
"Okay..." Klaus sighed. "You may want to take a seat."
