Class 1, Squad 1 were hanging around in their room, as they often did. Maya sat on the right end of their couch reading a book while Nathan sat on the left, using his tablet to look over what missions the lower classes had been sent on and doing calculations in his head to try and figure out if a mission would fail or succeed. Allison was draped over a chair to the right of the couch, her legs over the left arm of the chair while she laid back with her head hanging off of the right arm.

Allison had been staring at the ceiling of their room for a solid half hour before her boredom finally got to her. "Guys, let's ask for a mission."

She already knew the incoming reply from Maya, of course: "Why would we ask for a mission? If there was a mission that required us, they would have already sent for us."

Allison sighed heavily as she slowly sat up to face Maya, who had not looked up from her book. "Yes, but I'm bored out of my mind! Besides, we could always take an easy mission. You know, like, just to get us out and about. Just quickly kill a demon in a small city, and then go shopping while we're in town?" Allison then turned her attention to Nathan, who hadn't even been listening, with a grin. "Hey, Nate, what kind of missions are you going on? Anything fun?"

Nathan tuned in only once his name was spoken, and he looked up with a soft smile. "Oh, um, as usual there are lots of missions. As for fun, I'm not sure if I would call any of these life-threatening missions that, really..." Nathan looked down at the pad and started scrolling back up as he continued speaking. "That being said, I am going to assume you meant 'what are the missions currently ranked as the most dangerous'. In this case, the highest missions currently in rotation are for Class 2. They are thinking that Class 2 Squad 3 should be sent, but since Class 2 Squad 5 is available right now, they are still having trouble deciding."

Nathan opened his mouth to continue on to what the actual mission entailed, but Allison jumped up from her seat with a smile to proclaim, "Good enough!"

Nathan opened his mouth again to protest, but Allison ran out of the room before he could say anything. Nathan frowned and looked over to Maya as the door slammed shut. Maya sighed heavily and look back over to Nathan. "We should probably start getting dressed. I have a feeling we are getting sent on a mission."

Nathan nodded before going to his bedroom to get ready.

Allison kicked open the door to the room she and her allies shared triumphantly. She started her spirited proclamation before completely walking into the room. "Alright, friend-os, my pals! We have a mission to-" She cut off as she looked down and saw both Nathan and Maya in their armor suits, waiting. Allison smiled. "Oh, my, you are excited to go, aren't you!"

Maya rolled her eyes as she replied, "Oh, yes, absolutely." She smiled softly. "I mean, I was... a little bored."

Allison chuckled as she went into her room to put her armor on. She called back to the main room, "So, Captain, would you like to brief the team?"

Nathan smiled at that before looking to Maya. "Alright, so, the mission is pretty straight forward. On a Planet called Mozexes, a hive of the swarm has been found. We are getting sent in to exterminate them so they don't have a chance to spread."

Maya raised a brow at that. "It must be a very small hive, then, because that seems a very important mission, considering how out of hand the swarm can ge-"
