Before I could slam the door behind me, my younger brother Jimmy called me.
"Hey Tori, Can I come with you?
"Dont you have a bed time little guy? Its past nine and.."
"Yeah yeah. You actually ask mom that youre going out tonight but technically she didnt say yes." Is this kid actually blackmailing me? Well, he learned from the best. I'm referring to myself actually.
"Dad said yes."
"But mom didnt, so....."
"Why do you want to come anyway? I sound annoyed
"Sorry, I just want to hear you sing" Awww sht. I made him sad.
"Hmmmm. Alright. Come on" I felt bad so I just need to bring him. Its a decent bar not that kind of bar with all the dancing and stuff. And I could avoid being grounded.

"Stay here okey? This is my friend Jason. He knows you're a minor so he will just give you juice okey?"
"Yes maam" He made a salute.
I gave Jason a look that if he didnt take care of my brother he's dead.
I quickly went to the stage and said Hi to my guitarist and duet singer Lance. We've been friends since I started working here.
"Good evening everyone!!" now everybodys got my attention.
"I'm going to sing Torn by Natalie Imbrugli. I hope you like it"

When we we're done singing everybody clapped and some we're yelling they want more.
"Hey! do you guys take requests?" Somebody from the crowd yelled.
"Depends if we know the song" I said to the microphone.
She wrote something on a napkin and gave it to me while smiling.
"Actually, this wasnt from me" She winked. I didnt get it but I know this song. I signaled Lance to bring me the keyboards and he know what I meant. I'm going to sing by myself.
"This song is dedicted to the one singing it." and the crowd went wild like I had an admirer or something. My face was just confused.

When I was done singing I got off the stage and went directly to my brother.
"You we're awesome!!! You should join The Voice or something?!" What can I say? This kid really adores me.
"Stop joking around!" I laughed
"So how did you do with Jason?"
"He's great! He did some Bartending and stuff cuz he is a bartender" I laughed again. This kid really gets into my funny bone.
"Was that true Jason? Or did you give him some alcoholic drinks and stuff?"
"Hey, the kid aint lyin Tor, I'm just doing bartender stuff" Then I just punched him but not that hard.
"Isnt it payday? I need the money".
"You? need money? Come on Tori. You just need a bike."
"Exactly" I said goodbye and went to our manager. I wanna get my payment so I can buy the motor bike.
"That was a good show Tori. You deserve this" Then the manager gave me the money. Yeah!!!
"Thanks. I'll still be working here though I bought the bike"
"Good cuz you are the one bringing th customers here"
"Bye maam" I just smiled and said goodbye.
"Hey tori! I have something for you!" He gave me a note.
it says "Thanks for singing my fav song" No kidding. This is also my fav song. I smiled while I thought of it.
"Is this your boyfriend or something?!" He sound really protective.
"No...." While laughing
"Well good. Cuz no one is going to be too good for you" hahaha! this kid.
"Shut up" While I pushed him. But it wasnt really that hard.
"Hey, Since its your paaaydaaaay... Can we go to the drive through?" I checked my watch and it was almost 11pm.
"Arent you sleepy yet or something?"
"Nope, come on please? Just at Uncle Fredz." Uncle Fredz is a diner near our village. They serve the best burgers.
"Sure" Then I grabbed him and put my arms around his shoulder while we went to fordy.
"You're not growing" I joked.
"Shut up!" and he pushed me. We just laughed.

We went home Directly cuz he fell asleep before we could even reach the Diner. Yep, He definietly wasnt sleepy yet. I carried him to his room and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I went down to kitchen cuz I was really hungry since I havent had my dinner cuz Mom was yelling at me. I checked the fridge and there was a Galon of Cookies n Cream IceCream. There was also chips. That was heaven for me. I got them and when I turned around I saw my mom looking at me.
"You're late. Again" She said.
"I know."
"Sweetie, I'm sorry for what happened at dinner"
"Me too" I said while grabbing a spoon
"I just want the best for you. You can look like a goth kid but not too much. Its not pretty." Yeah. Some other people did say that but I really didnt care.
"How bout this, I will still take you shopping tomorrow after school"
"Mom.."
"But, you get to pick your clothes. But I need to look at them first. I dont want too much sexyness and"She looked at me before she continued.
"Not too short. Goodnight dear."
"Goodnight mom." After that drama I went to my room with the food i found.
